摘要: A cart with lifting assistance is provided. The cart includes a forward frame having a top end and a bottom end. The forward frame makes up a front end of the cart. The cart further includes a rearward frame having a top end and a bottom end. The rearward frame makes up a rear end of the cart. Wheels are secured to the bottom ends of the forward frame and the rearward frame. A handle frame extends from at least one of the top ends of the forward frame and the rearward frame, and disposed towards the rear end around a waist height of a user. A pivoting frame is pivotally connected to the front end of the cart and pivots from the front end to beyond the front end. A latch is secured to the pivoting frame and is operable to releasably connect to a bin or container.

摘要: A pushcart configured to perform inverted pendulum control is made likely to negotiate a step.In a first control mode, a main body is maintained to have a constant posture by performing the inverted pendulum control all the time. For example, when a user operates a selector switch, the control mode is changed to a second control mode in which offset torque is added so that an amount of torque applied to a wheel driver unit becomes larger. In this case, because the pushcart moves faster than usual, even if there exists a step that is hard to negotiate in the state of usual inverted pendulum control, the pushcart is likely to negotiate that step.

摘要: A stair climbing vehicle that is able to stably climb stairs is provided. In order to keep the balance of the stair climbing vehicle at the time of climbing the stairs, the ratio between a gravity center moving control gain for the stair climbing vehicle and a turning control gain for first wheels and second wheels is changed by controlling the rotation of a first motor of each first turning actuator. Thus, it is possible to slightly turn the first wheels and the second wheels based on the posture of an occupant seated on the stair climbing vehicle when the occupant climbs the stairs with the stair climbing vehicle, thereby preventing the posture of the occupant from being unstable. Thus, the stair climbing vehicle is able to stably climb the stairs.

摘要: The present invention is a trolley that can safely transport a load on staircases, so as to prevent ruining or overturning the load. The trolley can easily ascend onto the first step and easily descend from the last step of a staircase. The trolley provides adjustable transport conditions during the ascent and descent on and from a staircase. The trolley can transport a load on straight staircases and on helical staircases, even with very low curvature radius. The trolley can be driven starting from both sides. The trolley can balance the load during the transportation on staircases.

摘要: The stair-climbing apparatus has a series of articulating wheel sets extending below the platform. All of the wheel sets are vertically adjustable to negotiate stairways and similar changes of elevation. The lead wheel set is fixed longitudinally relative to the platform, while following wheel sets are longitudinally adjustable to adjust for the pitch or slope of different stairways. The apparatus uses sensors (e.g., mechanical, infrared, ultrasonic, etc.) to detect the presence of the stair risers and their height, control of the assembly being accomplished by a control circuit on board the machine. The wheel sets are raised and lowered independently of one another by pantograph mechanisms extending between the platform and the wheel sets. The horizontally adjustable wheel sets are positioned by a longitudinally disposed rack on the platform.

摘要: A vehicle having a multiple of level compensation systems is disclosed. The vehicle comprising a chassis having a left frame, a right frame and a base plate, a first level compensation system comprising a pivot joint for pivotably connecting the left and right frames to the base plate around a common rotational axis. A first axial distance from a left rotation axis of a left wheel pair to the rotational axis is different from at least one second axial distance from a right rotation axis of a right wheel pair to the rotational axis, such that the left and right wheel pair have at least one off-set to each other. Moreover a method for traversing stairs with such vehicle is disclosed.

摘要: An apparatus and method for supplying operating voltages to a plurality of electronic devices is disclosed. A plurality of power supply modules of a modular power supply may output voltages to at least two electronic devices respectively. The apparatus may identify a failure of one of the power supply modules. The electronic device may be disconnected from the failed power supply module, and then reconnected to a functional power supply module of the modular power supply. switching a supplied voltage of the functional power supply module of the modular power supply, wherein the supplied voltage matches the set output voltage of the failed power supply module. If necessary, a supplied voltage of a functional power supply module may be switched to match the set output voltage of the failed power supply module.
