    摘要: A conveyor assembly for conveying a product to one or more product operations includes a conveyor belt rotating about a drive roller assembly and an end return roller assembly. A pair of spaced apart side frames supports the conveyor belt and between which the conveyor belt rotates. The side frames are formed from an upstanding member and an inwardly extending horizontal member. Both the frame upstanding member and the frame horizontal member carry a series of elongated slots. One or more L-shaped brackets are formed from a generally upstanding member and an inwardly extending member. Both the bracket upstanding member and the bracket horizontal member carry a series of elongated slots. The bracket horizontal member slots are configured to overlay the frame elongate horizontal member slots, and the bracket upstanding member slots are configured to overlay the frame upstanding member slots for attaching components to the side frames.

    摘要: The component at the pick-up station of a vibratory feeder is isolated from the remaining components on the feeder by backing the remaining components away from the component to be picked up in preparation for removal of the component from the feeder at the pick-up station. A shutter can be positioned over the component at the pick-up station prior to lowering the vacuum spindle into contact with the component so as to prevent loss of the component from the pick-up station of the feeder. The shutter may also have a slot therein to allow a spindle to pass through the shutter and contact a component in the pick-up station prior to withdrawal of the shutter, thus eliminating "teepeeing" of two components which can cause sufficient inaccuracies in pick-up and subsequent placement of the component. Additionally, the vibrator may be halted for the brief period necessary to remove the component from the pick-up station.

    摘要: In a facility for conveying PWBs in a path of travel, two stop/clamp devices are magnetically clamped along the path to be spaced in its length and to be within the path width occupied by the traveling board. Each of the devices has stop and clamp elements shiftable as a unit between out positions at which they are disposed in the path and in positions at which they and the rest of their device do not interfere with the travel in the path of the boards. When in the out position, the leading device is adapted to stop the travel of such a board, and both devices are then selectively operable to grip and then release the stopped board. Sensors on the leading device are used to detect the presence of a board near to and at such device. A computer is responsive to such sensors and is used to produce a desired sequence of operations of such two devices and of other units.
