    摘要: A structural frame for a building constructed of different sized precast reinforced or prestressed posts and beams permanently united at the job site by means of unitary poured concrete joint. Posts and beams are precast and will be used in the erection of the building when they have reached their maximum strength. Only sufficient concrete will be poured at the job site, as needed, to unite the posts and beams. Sleeves are molded in axial bores disposed in the ends of the posts. Metal rods disposed in the sleeves and bottomed in the bores are used to support an upper post a predetermined distance above the top surface of the adjacent lower post to provide a space in which the joint may be formed. Horizontal beams are externally supported with their ends adjacent and above the upper end of the lower post and flush with the vertical wall of the post. The horizontal beams do not rest upon the post. The cavity defined by the opposing ends of the posts and beams is enclosed with a form into which concrete is poured at the job site to form a unitary joint uniting the precast posts and beams.

    摘要: An improved deck structure and connector for construction of demountable structures such as a parking building as well as permanent structures such as a high rise office or apartment building, comprising connectors spaced along the edges of a concrete slab for attaching the slab to an underlying beam. Each connector includes an upright bushing embedded in the slab for receiving a removable lifting bolt which expands to engage the inside walls of the bushing to lift the slab into location on the beam. The portion of the bushing engaged by the expandable lifting bolt is preferably tapered upwardly between a horizontal mounting plate which rests on top of the beam and an anchor rod extending laterally from the bushing into the slab. The lifting bolt can be released and removed allowing same bushing to receive a fastener bolt. An alternative embodiment provides a downward vertical flange on the connector for welding to an edge of the beam.

In vertical direction columns are jointed by placing steel sleeves within joint panel zone wherein protruding main bars from upper and lower columns are inserted and grouted by non-shrink mortar giving structural continuity. In horizontal direction beams are jointed by formation of U-shaped grooves at beam ends wherein main reinforcing bars are enclosed and lap-jointed to preassembled main bars placed inside of aforesaid grooves by casting concrete within the grooves.

Each bevel point is truncated and the truncation face carries a metal plate which is anchored to the truncation face by bass embedded in the mass of the support element.
