    摘要: An inspecting device including a carrier, multiple telescopic probes, a locking component and a conductive structure is provided. The carrier has a through hole and a ground pad corresponding to the through hole. The through hole penetrates from the first surface to the second surface of the carrier, and the ground pad is disposed on the second surface. The telescopic probes are disposed in parallel on the first surface of the carrier. The locking component passes through the through hole and is disposed between two adjacent telescopic probes of the multiple telescopic probes. The locking component includes a screw. A head of the screw has a first pitch and a second pitch, and a density of the first pitch is different from a density of the second pitch. The conductive structure is partially embedded in the locking component, and the conductive structure, the locking component and the ground pad are electrically connected.

    摘要: An assembly for measuring wear of a barrel and feedscrew combination, wherein the barrel has a longitudinally extending feedscrew disposed therein and a radially extending measuring aperture formed in a wall thereof, includes a measuring probe having a proximity detecting sensor, a barrel plug for removable insertion into the measuring aperture, and a measuring fixture. The barrel plug is configured to undergo wear in an axial direction thereof while inserted into the measuring aperture. The measuring probe and the barrel plug are installed into the measuring fixture for determining wear of the barrel plug in the axial direction thereof. The measuring probe is further configured for removable insertion into the measuring aperture for measuring wear of a flight of the feedscrew. A spacer and rotational tool cooperate with the measuring probe when installing the measuring probe in the measuring aperture.

This enables high-accuracy measurement of a predetermined position of a side surface of a relatively rotatable work.
