摘要: A measuring system for acquiring measured values by scanning, including an interface for connection to a control unit of a machine. The system is arranged on a movement axis of the machine, and an object can be measured by a measuring instrument of the system. During the measurement of the object, the measuring instrument generates a measured value that is stored in a control unit, that processes and stores the measured value. The control unit has a control module that reads out a position coordinate from the machine via the interface and compares the read-out position coordinate with a specified coordinate target range, and/or compares a time of a timer with a specified point in time, and releases a trigger signal if the control module detects that the position coordinate lies in the coordinate target range and/or if the time has reached or passed the specified point in time.

The method segments an object to be measured into a plurality of segments as a function of an ideal vector that can be used to measure a given segment within the tolerance. A first group of segments that can be measured within the probe tolerance for a first ideal vector is determined. A second group of segments that can be measured within the probe tolerance for a second ideal vector is determined.

The probe has an optical probe with an angle of incidence with respect to a surface normal of a plurality of points to be measured. The wrist has a first given orientation that is adjustable to a second given orientation. The method measures the feature to be measured by segment groups to obtain a 3D data set for each group. The method removes data points from at least one 3D data set that are outlier data points. The method interpolates the surface formed by the data points. The method calculates a surface normal vector for the data points set. The method removes data points from the interpolated 3D data set whose surface normal are outside the angle of incidence.

摘要: A measuring apparatus for measuring surface topography of the slides to be measured of a guide rail is provided. The measuring apparatus includes a plurality of detecting probe and at least one moving device. The detecting probes are mounted on a probe support according to the surface topography of the slides to be measured. The moving device shifts the probe support or the slides to be measured on the cross section of the guide rail so that the detecting probe has a displacement relative to the slides to be measured. Each of the detecting probes has a corresponding coordinate system, and the corresponding coordinate system is different from each other. A standard part is utilized to correct deviations among the corresponding coordinate systems to the same coordinate system, and then the same coordinate system as a benchmark to measure the surface topography of the slides to be measured.

摘要: When an object detected by a distance measuring sensor is located in a monitoring region set in a blind spot of an operator, an obstacle determination section determines the detected object as an obstacle. Then, the obstacle determination section sets a monitoring region so that a region indicating a lower travelling body (2) is excluded according to a slewing angle detected by an angle sensor. Based on the slewing angle detected by the angle sensor, a stop control section determines a component, of at least one of the lower travelling body and an upper slewing body, which has a possibility that a construction machine collides with the obstacle when the component is operated, and stops operation of the determined component.

摘要: A method for optically communicating, from a user to a laser tracker, a command to direct a beam of light from the laser tracker to a retroreflector with steps including: projecting a first light from a light source disposed on the laser tracker to the retroreflector; reflecting a second light from the retroreflector, the second light being a portion of the first light; obtaining first sensed data by sensing a third light, the third light being a portion of the second light, wherein the first sensed data is obtained by imaging the third light onto a photosensitive array disposed on the laser tracker and converting the third light on the photosensitive array into digital form; generating by the user, between a first time and a second time, a predefined temporal pattern, the predefined temporal pattern including at least a decrease in optical power of the third light followed by an increase in the optical power of the third light, the predefined temporal pattern corresponding to the command; determining by the laser tracker that the first sensed data corresponds to the predefined temporal pattern; and, pointing the beam of light from the laser tracker to the retroreflector.
