A laminar side skirt, preferably made of flexible plastic and trapezium shape, is secured by a suitable clamp to at least a pair of extreme tines at each side of the lawn rake at a point near the rake head. 摘要： A folding rake is for facilitating the raking and picking up of the raked material. The folding rake includes a first rake and a second rake that are releasably restrained relative to each other in a rake position and may be released and moved into a folded position. The first rake has a first head portion and a first handle portion. Similarly the second rake has a second head portion and a second handle portion. The second handle portion is pivotally attached to the first handle portion. In the rake position the first and second handle portions are generally axially aligned. In the folded position the first head portion and the second head portion are generally adjacent to each other.

摘要： A rock rake includes a succession of elongated strips. The strips may be arranged as nested bands. Each successive band has a perimeter which is larger than the previous band. The bands have an inner surface for pushing objects along the ground. A base member is attached to the nested bands. The base member includes a pole or handle or supports a pole or handle for guiding the rake. A picking member may also be attached to the base member to dislodge embedded rocks from the ground during use of the rake.

摘要： A pick-up rake has an elongate handle attached to a rake head. The rake head is pivotally attached to a grasping element through a connector element having first and second rake hinge element. The connector element enables the grasping element to be pivoted from a stored positioned to a closed position, the connector element pivoting to enable the rake head to remain in contact with a ground surface while the grasping element moves from the stored to the closed positions, despite the pick-up rake being held at a natural 45 degree angle to the ground surface. A slider element and a slider rod cooperate to enable a user to clamp the grasping element against the rake head, thereby grasping debris therebetween and facilitating removal of the debris.

摘要： A combination tool in the form of a mechanical rake having a sweep that includes a handle, a rake head mounted on the handle, and a sweep assembly cooperating with the rake head to move between an opened configuration and a closed configuration for picking up material. The sweep assembly includes a flexible sweep member having a planar configuration and form of resilient material that tapers in thickness to a distal end and that conforms to the shape of the ground when pushed there against and flexes to move the rake tines forward and when unflexing pulls the rake tines toward the sweep that is then moved into the closed position for picking up the material. To facilitate normal use of the rake tines, the sweep assembly is held in a normally-closed position. Interchangeable rake heads with different tine configurations provide more versatility, and the tines themselves have an extended length in the range of two to four inches.
