摘要： An urn and planter combination with a central plant holding cup shape, a first concentric ash and soil holding ring and a second concentric ash holding ring are contained within a main housing and covered by a main lid that has a central aperture to let the central cup protrude out. The first ring is placed around the central cup. The second ring is place around the first ring. The cup can hold a plant or bonsai tree. Slots in the outer wall of the cup correspond with slots in the inner wall of the first ring allowing the roots from the cup to migrate into the first ring thereby mingling with the ash and soil contained within the first ring. The second ring contains ash only. A secondary lid can cover the central opening of the cover.

摘要： A cremation urn comprising an internal structure with an opening, an external opening with an opening that is correspondingly aligned with the opening on the internal structure, and sealing means in the form of a threaded lid or press fit lid. A threaded flange is attached to the opening on the internal structure and is molded into the urn during manufacturing. The materials used for the urn produce an urn with the appearance of marble. Once the urn is made, by use of a manufacturing method, the threaded lid is screwed into the threaded flange, thereby creating a one-piece, air-tight and water-tight cremation urn.

摘要： The biodegradable urn planting system, also called a LIVING URN, is an apparatus capable of rapid degradation in soil that the user can fill with cremated remains, a pH neutralizing and sodium diluting material, soil, planting mix, wood chips, and a living plant (seedling or bare root stock). When one loses a loved one, it is often difficult to discern what to do with the remains (be they human or animal). Many towns and cities do not allow for burial, and storage of cremated remains can be problematic. The present invention seeks to provide a meaningful and tangible way for one to remember the loved one when the cremated remains are buried with a seedling that may be drop shipped and is appropriate for the environment of use. Thus, the seedling grows into a tree, providing comfort and a reminder of the deceased.
