A localized crystallinity of a polymeric material of the fluid container of at least a first region of the fluid container is greater than a crystallinity of a polymeric material of the fluid container of at least a second region. Examples of fluid containers include medical fluid containers, such as medical bottles and syringes, including rolling diaphragm-type syringes, and commercial beverage containers Articles of manufacturer formed form a polymeric material and having regions with increased localized polymeric crystallinity are also described.

摘要: In one example, a method includes positioning a tool in a mold, forming a parison of melted plastic, closing the mold around the parison and tool such that part of the tool is positioned between a portion of the mold and the parison, creating a blow molded structure by inflating the parison so that the melted plastic comes into contact with an interior portion of the mold and into contact with the tool, and after the mold is closed, operating the tool to form an integral compression molded element within the mold, and a parting line formed by the mold in the blow molded structure forms no part of the integral compression molded element.

摘要: The present invention relates to an integrally blow-moulded bag-in-container (2) and preform (1, 1′) for blow-moulding the bag-in-container. An inner layer (11) and an outer layer (12) are used, wherein the preform forms a two-layer container upon blow-moulding, and wherein the obtained inner layer of said container releases from the thus obtained outer layer upon introduction of a gas at a point of interface (14) between the two layers. At least one of the inner and outer layers includes at least one additive allowing both inner and outer layers to reach their respective blow-moulding temperatures substantially simultaneously.

摘要: An apparatus for hot or warm filling comprising a compression machine configured to apply an axial compression force to a collapsible thermoplastic container for liquids. The compression machine includes a lower body having a surface designed to be a resting surface for the base of the container; at least one upper body designed to contact a portion of the container above the peripheral groove, so that the container can be held in an upright position by the at least one lower body and the at least one upper body; actuating means for actuating the at least one lower body and/or the at least one upper body in order to apply said axial compression force, acting along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container, in order to make the proximal straight side to come into contact with the distal straight side, thus reducing the internal volume of the container.

摘要: A multi-reservoir dispensing, disposable and sterile container has at least two separate and distinct reservoirs positioned adjacent to one another, and which can be readily manufactured using blow-fill-seal technology. The reservoirs contain components of a mixed pharmaceutical formulation, which is prepared at the time of dispensing from the container by blending of the contents of the reservoirs. Liquid flow channels extend from each reservoir and merge together at or near an exit aperture of the container, and a mixing feature can be employed at or downstream of the point of merging. In the container as provided to a user the exit aperture is blocked by a seal, which is removed prior to dispensing.
