Abstract:
A miniaturised device for producing high pressure in a fluid imposes stringent requirements on the manufacturing process. The device according to the invention consists of a hollow piston displaceably mounted in a cylinder and a valve member which is guided by the hollow piston and mounted so as to be axially movable relative to the hollow piston. The valve member is arranged at one end of the hollow piston inside or immediately in front of the end of the hollow piston. The device is used in a mechanically operated high pressure atomiser. This consists of a two part housing which comprises a pump housing with nozzle, a blocking mechanism, a spring housing with spring, a non-pressurised storage container for the fluid and a mechanical counter integrated in the spring housing. The valve operates without any auxiliary force, closes very rapidly and is sealed tight against high pressure. The atomiser is safe and simple to operate and environmentally friendly. The fluid is metered extremely accurately. The atomiser is used, for example, to produce an inhalable aerosol of a liquid medicament without the use of propellant gas, at 320 bar, for example.
Abstract:
A combined portable, cleaning fluid spray apparatus and paper towel support and dispensing apparatus is provided which combines the functions of a liquid window cleaner spray dispenser and a paper towel roll holder into one product. A long, tube-type arrangement fits inside a roll of paper towels, and the lower portion of the tube comprises a base which holds used and discarded paper towels in a lower compartment. A standard pump sprayer at the top connects to the tube with a threaded connection. An upper plate-type washer along with a tension rod provides a method of restraining the paper towels when not being used, as well as an easy means to tear off the paper towels during use.
Abstract:
A sparing device comprising of a liquid storage tank (22) for storing liquid (21) and a spraying mechanism (24) for spraying the liquid from the liquid storage tank (22) through a nozzle (23). Said spraying member further includes a trigger member (26) rotatingly fixed to a free axle, a first liquid pipe (29) which is provided with a suction valve (30) and exhaust valve (32) which is activated by the movements of the trigger member (26) and the piston (28), a pressure accumulator (31) which is supported by a spring member (34), a second liquid pipe (37), a third liquid pipe (38) wherein one end of the third liquid pipe is connected to the liquid storage tank and the other end is branched to the second liquid pipe and a seesaw button (40) to seal and seal the liquid passage way in the second and third liquid pipes alternatively to allow the liquid to flow through.
