摘要： A laminate is provided for both labeling a data disk and creating an envelope for storing thereof. The laminate includes a base sheet having first and second pages joined together at a primary fold line. Flaps extend along corresponding edges of one of the pages at secondary fold lines in a configuration to form a closed envelope when folded together. A patch is laminated to the first page by layers of adhesive and release. The patch or first page includes a circular diecut defining a removable disk label having the adhesive on the back thereof.

摘要： A portable document storage device is formed of a filing pouch having a collapsible pocket and a foldable flap extending from its back cover, and an expandable filing case. The filing case is partitioned by a plurality of indexed section dividers that divide the filing case into a plurality of pockets to receive papers in an orderly manner. Mutually engageable releaseable fasteners are located on the back cover of the filing case and on the front cover of the filing pouch. When the releaseable fasteners are engaged the filing case can be carried with the filing pouch and is enveloped by the foldable cover of the filing pouch. Alternatively, the fasteners may be released from each other so that the filing case may be completely or partially detached from the filing pouch.

摘要： An improved adhesive pattern for a mailer type business form intermediate having short and long strips of an adhesive provided offset from each other in removable margin strips on both surfaces of the form intermediate. The short and long adhesive strips alleviate side edge cupping of the removable margin strips, thereby substantially preventing edge crimping of the form intermediate against a retard surface when fed by a friction feeder. Additionally, an adhesive block is provided in each removable margin strip adjacent each of the sheet corners, thereby substantially preventing the corners of the form intermediate from being deflected significantly downward or upward.

A liner is bonded to the face sheet atop the adhesive strip, and is severed around a central strip tab for being removed from a surrounding border of the liner for exposing the adhesive strip. This integrated construction may be printed at high speed following which the liner tab is removed and the face sheet folded to form an adhesively sealed business mailer.

摘要： An envelope sheet assembly for stand-alone use, or for securing into a brochure or binder, includes multiple sheets overlying one another so that the assembly is of uniform thickness to facilitate laser, offset, flexograph printing or the like thereon. The envelope sheet assembly is preferably 8½ inches by 11 inches in size, and the envelope is preferably 11 inches by 4½ inches. Permanent pressure sensitive adhesive is employed to hold the sheets together and to form the envelope. The adhesive is also applied to the sealing flap, with a removable strip protecting the adhesive coated flap. The sheet assembly may frame the envelope at all outside edges of the envelope or some of the outer edges of the sheet assembly can form outer edges of the envelope.

The base sheet is adapted to receive a first line of weakening (10) adjacent to the top of the pre-creased seam (16A) and parallel to the first side of the rectangular base sheet, placing a second line of weakening (12) adjacent to the bottom of the pre-creased seam (16A) and parallel to the first line of weakening and placing a third line of weakening (14) on a horizontal plane adjacent to bight or fold lines (10) and (12) and parallel to (16A). Applying a seam of pressure seal adhesive at (21) and (34) and applying re-wettable water soluble adhesive at seam strip (25). Folding in tab (20) overlaying tab (13) and securing with pressure seal adhesive strip (21). Folding in tab (17) and overlapping tab (13) to form the completed envelope/page. Separating envelope/page from binding strip along perforated line (16), wetting water soluble adhesive strip at (25) and sealing tab by folding down at invaginated seam 16(A) to form a completed mailer.

摘要： An expanding, portable envelope for use in transporting papers compartmentalized into organized sections is formed of a base sheet and a divider sheet. The two sheets are secured by a pair of transverse lines of sealing across the bottom of the envelope. A pair of divider panels is thereby created from a single divider sheet. Moreover, the bottoms of the pockets created between the divider sheets and the front and rear panels formed from the base sheet are closed, so that papers cannot slip down underneath the divider panels. The base sheet defines side panels that extend from one of the front and rear panels, and are heat sealed to the other. Bottom attachment tongues formed as extensions from the side panels are directed inwardly toward each other at the bottom of the envelope and are also permanently attached to the divider sheet so as to close and reinforce the bottom corners of the expanding envelope.
