    摘要: Systems and methods are described for a GPS receiver capable of functioning in the presence of interference. A method includes detecting an interfering signal including: tuning a band pass filter over a frequency range; and at each of a plurality of incremental frequencies: computing a set of band pass filter coefficients; sending the set of band pass filter coefficients to a digital filter; repeatedly transforming an analog-to-digital converter output having a quantization level in excess of 2 bits into a band pass filter output with the digital filter to obtain a plurality of samples; computing an average of the plurality of samples; and comparing the average to a threshold to detect peaks that exceed a threshold. An apparatus includes: an analog radio frequency circuit; an analog-to-digital converter coupled to the analog radio frequency circuit, the analog-to-digital converter providing a quantization level in excess of 2 bits; a digital filter coupled to the analog-to-digital converter; and a digital circuit coupled to the digital filter.

    摘要: A receiver for receiving a broadcast in which data indicating a broadcast station name has been multiplexed to a main signal includes: a receiving circuit constructed in a frequency synthesizer mode; a memory in which a group of frequency data for selecting the broadcast in the receiving circuit, and data on the broadcast station name is registered; a circuit for taking out the data from a signal received by the receiving circuit; a scanner for allowing the receiving circuit to scan the broadcasting zone for the broadcast; and a detector for detecting the received broadcast at the time of the scanning, when the detector has detected the received broadcast during the scanning, the group of the frequency data which has been registered before the start of the scanning, and the data on the broadcast station name is shifted to the data area in the memory, and one group of the frequency data indicating the frequency thus detected, and the data on the broadcast station name for the received broadcast is registered in the data area in the memory which has become empty by the shift.

    摘要: A double-tuned circuit is provided of the type comprising a primary tuning circuit including first and second resonance coils connected in series and a first switching diode interposed between the connection point of the first and second resonance coils and the ground, and a secondary tuning circuit including third and fourth resonance coils connected in series and inductive-coupled with the first and second resonance coils, respectively, and a second switching diode interposed between the connection point of the third and fourth resonance coils and the ground, wherein band switching is preformed by turning on/off both the first and second switching diodes, which is characterized in that a bias voltage for turning on the first and second switching diodes is supplied to one of the switching diodes and through a conductive wire inductive-coupled with a sintered magnetic material to the other of the switching diodes, whereby an enlargement of the bandwidth and degradation of the flatness of the passband characteristic can be suppressed even with an increase of a receive channel frequency.

    摘要: A microprocessor controlled radio receiver system for switching bandwidths of an intermediate frequency stage from a normally scanning mode using a relatively narrow bandwidth to a second mode using a relatively wide bandwidth automatically when there are no interfering signals from adjacent channels of a channel or station selected for receiving. Upon selection of a channel for listening the microprocessor controlled synthesizer causes the synthesizer to scan up one adjacent channel and down one adjacent channel to determine if there is an interfering signal therefrom and then returns to the selected channel. In the event of no interfering signal from an adjacent channel, switching is effected in the IF stage from a narrow bandwidth to a wide bandwidth to improve the quality of reception. If there is an adjacent channel signal detected of sufficient IF energy next to the selected channel, then the narrow bandwidth mode used during the scan will be maintained.
