摘要: An apparatus, system and method (500) is disclosed. The method includes receiving (501) an identification of a called party and an identification of a first user equipment (UE) device (102a) of a calling party for establishing a communication between the calling party and the called party. The method includes based on the identification of the first UE device of the calling party, receiving (502) a list including a plurality of MSISDNs. The method includes selecting (503), based on the identification of the called party, a MSISDN of the plurality of MSISDNs as a caller-id for displaying on a second UE device (102b) associated with the called party. The method can further include displaying (504) the selected MSISDNs.

摘要: Parameters of clusters of a context-encoded model are updated, per frequency estimation of an aspect of calls to contacts with respect to unique combinations of contextual data of calls matching the respective clusters. The clusters are weighted according to relevance of the unique combinations of contextual data to current contextual information. First probabilities of calling individual contacts are determined according to the current contextual information and one or more inferences between calls determined from the clusters as weighted. Second probabilities of calling each of the plurality of contacts are determined according to a set of rules defining prioritizations for contacts based on external factors. Third probabilities of calling each of the plurality of contacts are determined according to calling patterns of other of the plurality of contacts. The first, second, and third sets of weights are combined to determine final predictions for predicted probabilities to call each of the contacts.

摘要: A method for protecting user data during an audio interaction includes various operations performed by a processing system including at least one processor. In one example, the operations include detecting an audio signal that is part of an interaction between a user and another party, converting the audio signal into a string of text, detecting that the interaction is likely to put sensitive data of the user at risk, based on a comparison of the string of text to a library of interactions that are known to put sensitive data at risk, and sending an alert to notify the user that the interaction is likely to put the sensitive data of the user at risk, wherein the alert is sent to prevent the user from providing the sensitive data to the another party, and wherein the method is performed contemporaneously with an occurrence of the interaction.

摘要: A hands-free device is disclosed, in which a memory and a hardware processor connected to the memory are included. The hardware processor establishes a connection with a mobile phone using a hands-free communication protocol for making a hands-free call. The hardware processor establishes a connection with the mobile phone using a data transfer protocol for transferring phone data about a phone to receive the phone data transferred from the mobile phone, and stores the phone data into the memory. When a phone communication state of the mobile phone is transitioned while the phone data is being transferred, the hardware processor executes transfer control in accordance with transfer criteria, each depending on a type of the phone data being transferred and the phone communication state after the transition.

摘要: An electronic device and method for control of incoming calls based on stored a plurality of call settings is provided. The electronic device receives a first call from a first caller party device associated with a first caller party. The electronic device transmits a first challenge message to the first caller party device based on the received first call. The electronic device further transmits a second challenge message to the first caller party device based on a first call setting of the stored plurality of call settings. The electronic device determines a time of receipt of a second call, different from the first call, received from the first caller party device. The electronic device further controls the second call based on a threshold time period, the determined time of the receipt of the second call, and a second call setting of a stored plurality of call settings.

摘要: A mobile device having phoning capabilities also include capabilities to optionally reduce an operating load on a centralized mobile carrier voicemail system. The user of the mobile device is presented with a notification of an incoming call and is provided with an opportunity to answer the call in a traditional fashion, to optionally engage the centralized mobile carrier voicemail system, or to instead have the mobile device manage options relating to locally obtaining a voicemail from a maker of the incoming call. When the mobile device manages obtaining a voicemail from the maker of the incoming call, the voicemail is originally obtained and is stored locally, without use of centralized carrier resources at the time of recording the voicemail, and the mobile device can also play the recorded voicemail at any time without use of the centralized carrier resources.
