    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate via a first panel of the UE and a second panel of the UE. The UE may determine at least one of a first power headroom value for the first panel or a second power headroom value for the second panel, the first power headroom value being specific to the first panel and the second power headroom value being specific to the second panel. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a report indicating at least one of the first power headroom value for the first panel or the second power headroom value for the second panel. In some examples, the base station may receive the report and transmit a signal indicating a power adjustment for at least one of the first panel or the second panel in response to receiving the report.

The base station may generate group common DCI including a beam indication and/or a PL-RS indication for the UE group. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, for an uplink transmission that is to use multiple antenna panels, a first power splitting for a first transmit power associated with a first antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels, and a second power splitting for a second transmit power associated with a second antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels. The UE may transmit the uplink transmission using the multiple antenna panels according to the first power splitting for the first antenna panel and the second power splitting for the second antenna panel.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Feedback information associated with decoding downlink information may be reported in a first stage and a second stage. A size of the second stage may be restricted by an upper limit associated with an available set of uplink resources for transmitting the feedback information. Limiting the size of the second stage may include reducing a size of second information generated for the second stage, yielding third information for the second stage. The third information may be transmitted with first information generated for the first stage. Limiting the size of the second stage may also include generating second information having a reduced size based on determining that the upper limit may be exceeded. The reduced-size second information may be transmitted with the first information.

    Abstract: Various aspects relate to indicating bundling across carriers (e.g., across cells). In some aspects, bundling may involve sending information sent over multiple carriers (e.g., information sent from or to multiple cells) where the information sent over the carriers is combinable at a receiver. For example, a communication device may send the same set of information (e.g., transport blocks with the same content) via multiple carriers, send different redundancy versions of a set of information via different carriers, send information via different beams on different carriers, or send information using a combination of these techniques. The disclosure relates in some aspects to indicating whether bundling is applied across carriers. For example, downlink control information (DCI) that schedules transmissions on multiple carriers (e.g., multiple component carriers) may include an indication of whether bundling is applied across all or a subset of the scheduled carriers.
