    Abstract: A method of transmitting uplink (UL) control information for a user equipment (UE) for supporting a plurality of TTI lengths, a plurality of subcarrier spacing, or a plurality of processing times in a wireless communication system is performed by the UE and includes mapping the UL control information to a radio resource in a TTI including two or three symbols, the UL control information including HARQ-ACK, a rank indicator (RI), a channel quality indicator (CQI), or a precoding matrix indicator (PMI), and transmitting the UL control information to a base station, wherein, when there is no symbol to which a DMRS is mapped in the TTI, HARQ-ACK is mapped to a first symbol in the TTI in descending order from a highest frequency index resource element (RE) and the RI is mapped to the other symbol in the TTI in descending order from a highest frequency index RE.

    Abstract: A method for performing, by a terminal, an uplink HARQ process in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting uplink data set to a first HARQ process ID; receiving an ACK/NACK response to the uplink data; and retransmitting the uplink data in response to the ACK/NACK response, wherein when the uplink data includes an SPS signal, the first HARQ process ID is set to one of values #0 to #n−1, and when the uplink data includes a non-SPS signal, the first HARQ process ID is set to one of values #n to #n+m−1, where n is the total number of HARQ processes that can be configured for the SPS signal, and m is the total number of HARQ processes that can be configured for the non-SPS signal.

    Abstract: This specification provides a method for performing an initial access by using a short transmission time interval (TTI) in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the method performed by the UE includes: receiving, from an eNB, system information including control information indicating a transmission time of an uplink signal; transmitting a random access preamble to the eNB; receiving, from the eNB, a random access response message including an uplink grant for transmitting the uplink signal in subframe #n; and transmitting, to the eNB, the uplink signal in subframe #n+k based on the control information, in which the k is a natural number smaller than 6. Accordingly, this specification has an effect that the initial access may be performed quickly by transmitting the uplink transmission of the RACH procedure faster.
