    Abstract: Systems and methods are described to enable a device of a user to automatically join an ongoing conference, where the device is not currently joined to the conference. A first audio signature is generated based on voices of users already in the conference, and a second audio signature is generated based on an audio signal captured by a microphone of the device associated with the first user when the device associated with the first user was not joined to the conference. The first audio signature and the second audio signature are compared, and in response to determining that first audio signature matches the second audio signature, the device associated with the first user is joined to the conference.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided herein for indicating an amount of available storage space. To this end, the systems and methods monitor storage space associated with a media storage device to determine whether an amount of storage space available is less than a threshold. In response to determining the amount of storage space available is less than the threshold, the systems and methods enter a deletion mode. Systems and methods monitor user interactions between a user and a user device after entering the deletion mode. Systems and methods further generate for display a notification at an appropriate time, based on the monitored user interactions, to indicate the amount of storage space available to the user.

    Abstract: The methods and systems described herein provide timelines of content segments on a user interface. In one example, the methods and systems generate for display a first content item, determine a current portion of the first content item and determine a related content segment that is related to the current portion of the first content item such that the related segment is from a second content item. The methods and systems also generate for simultaneous display a first timeline of the first content item, an indicator that indicates a location of the current portion on the first timeline, a second time of the second content item and a segment indicator that indicates location of the related content segment on the second timeline.     Abstract: Systems and methods for enhancing user experience in accessing media of a certain content type by outputting the media on a nearby device that is better suited for access. For example, a media guidance application may determine that a user is accessing, on his/her smartphone, a digital page (e.g., a website, a newsfeed, etc.) that features embedded content (e.g., photos, movies, music, etc.). In response to determining that the user has navigated to an embedded content, such as a video clip, the media guidance application may determine a device in the vicinity of the user that is better suited than the user's smartphone for playback of the video clip. For example, a nearby smart television may have a larger screen, better sound output, and a better display resolution than the smartphone. As a result, the media guidance application may cause the smart television to output the video clip.
