Abstract:
Aspects of the subject matter described herein relate migrating message for a messaging service. In aspects, a determination is made that messages need to be migrated based on a threshold being crossed. In response, an agent is instructed to migrate data associated with the messages to another location. The agent uses various factors to determine one or more queues to migrate. While a queue is being migrated, during a first portion of the migration, messages may be added to and removed from the queue as senders send new messages and receivers consume messages. During a second portion of the migration, the queue is frozen to disallow the queue to be used for receiving new messages and delivering queued messages. The migration may be orchestrated to attempt to achieve certain goals.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method are disclosed for state sharing. A change module detects a change of a configuration state for at least one of a base and a detachable device. A connection module detects a connection between the base and the detachable device. The detachable device provides a display and a network connection for the base if the base and detachable device are connected. A synchronize module synchronizes the configuration state of the detachable device with the configuration state of the base in response to detecting the connection and detecting the change of configuration state.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a composition which includes a thermoplastic polyurethane, a flame retardant, and an epoxidized novolac resin. The flame retardant may be selected from one or more of the following: a melamine-containing compound, a nitrogen/phosphorus-based flame retardant, a phosphorus-based flame retardant, a metal-5 containing flame retardant, and combinations thereof. The composition may be a component of an article such as a coated wire or cable, with the composition present in the coating.
Abstract:
Methods and structure for improved client/server program communication by transmitting dynamically maintained service capabilities information from the server program to the client program. The client program generates a service request based on the received service capabilities information. Since the service capabilities information is retrieved from the server program and is dynamically maintained by the server program, the client program need not be updated when available services from the server program are modified. In one exemplary embodiment, the client program may be a print application client program and the server program may be a print server program. The print client program retrieves the current printer device capabilities (service capabilities information) and generates a print job ticket (service request) based on the retrieved, dynamically maintained printer device capability information. The job ticket is then transmitted to the server program to cause the printing of the document specified by the job ticket.
Abstract:
A device includes a mounting apparatus and a supporting apparatus. The mounting apparatus includes a fixing bracket, an engaging member slidably mounted to the fixing bracket, and an operation member mounted to the engaging member. The fixing bracket defines first and second engaging holes. The supporting apparatus includes a connecting bracket detachably mounted to the fixing bracket. The fixing bracket defines a connecting hole. The connecting bracket comprises a hook. The engaging member comprises a stop piece. The operation member forms a projection. When the engaging member is slid to engage the projection into the first engaging hole, the stop piece moves away from the connecting hole and the first hook extends through the connecting hole. The engaging member is slid to engage the projection in the second engaging hole, the stop piece moves between the connecting hole and the hook to engage with the hook.
Abstract:
A halogen-free, flame retardant composition comprises thermoplastic polyurethane, olefin block copolymer, carbonyl-containing olefin polymer compatibilizer, and flame retardant package comprising bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) and/or resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate), a nitrogen/phosphorus based, halogen-free flame retardant, and epoxidized novolac. The composition that will not only be processed easily to make a wire or cable sheath but also pass both the VW-1 flame retardancy test and the UL1581 heat deformation test at 150° C. exhibits good tensile and flexibility properties.
Abstract:
Halogen-free, flame-retardant thermoplastic compositions that include a styrenic block copolymer, a low-melting, phosphorus-based flame retardant having a melting temperature no higher than 170° C., and a blend of solid intumescent phosphorus and nitrogen-containing flame retardants. The blend of solid intumescent flame retardants include at least two phosphorous and nitrogen-containing phosphoric acid salts that synergistically enhance the flame-retardant properties of the compositions relative to compositions that include other flame-retardant packages.
