Abstract:
The present invention relates to packaging for a game console controller, wherein the game console controller has at least one button and at least one directional control device. The packaging includes a first section, and a second section coupled to the first section. Whereby the game console controller is positioned between at least a portion of the first section and the second section, so that the at least one button is accessible and the at least one directional control device is covered by at least one of the first and second sections.
Abstract:
A port assembly for a paint or similar can, in which a port in the lid is fitted with a threaded collar and a threaded stopper that fits into it. Abstract:
A blister type packaging, housing at least one golf glove, has a device and indicia incorporated within the package whereby a user may estimate his/her glove size by merely placing his/her hand on a measuring station that will determine glove size by the length of the middle finger. The package will have incorporated a stop-tab, that the user will wedge between the web junction of his/her index and middle fingers, which will serve as a orientation or reference point for the correct positioning of the hand. The stop-tab is an integral part of the package, and helps to make the packages stackable with each other by nestling within the indentation of an adjoining package.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A sealed package for housing an electrical component. The package includes at least two package portions. Determining elements within the sealed package determine at least one parameter including at least one ambient condition within the package and/or an electrical function parameter of the component. An indicator is operatively connected to the determining elements to indicate the functionality of the component within the sealed package.
Abstract:
A display container is disclosed having a pair of end caps coupleable to a central portion and a merchandising card extending between and secured in position by the end caps. The merchandising card capable of supporting an item to be sold. The central portion may be transparent to allow a consumer to see the item for sale.
Abstract:
It is an object of the invention to make a single article storage display capable of fully showing performance or an appealing point to consumers. A portion of a sample packing cover member, in which a part of a sanitary napkin to be brought into contact with a wearer faces the portion while the napkin is housed in the cover member, is made transparent. The transparent portion is given curvatures in both longitudinal and lateral directions such that a contour of the transparent portion faithfully follows a contour of the sanitary napkin, thereby making it easy for a user to ascertain the contour of the sanitary napkin.
Abstract:
An improved packaging arrangement for a fishing reel permits the reel to be tested by a consumer on a limited basis while remaining in the package. The package is preferably formed of a semirigid plastic material defining a configured reel enclosure in which the reel's body is located. A rotatable crank extends for free rotation through a crank opening defined in the package. A crank handle is located at the distal end of the rotatable crank so as to be exterior to the package. Often, the package will further define a posterior opening permitting access to a thumb button located on the reel's body. The package preferably defines a hang aperture so that the packaged reel may be presented for sale on a hanging display in a manner similar to blister pack arrangements of the prior art.
Abstract:
A package system for a data logger utilizing a base member which is capable of underlying the data logger. A first flap is movably connected to the base member and overlies the data logger. The first flap possesses an aperture for viewing certain signal generating items and switches and allows access to a vent on the data logger. A second flap is also movably connected to the base member and overlies the first flap. A second aperture is smaller than the first aperture, but still permits viewing of certain signal generating portions of the data logger. Means is also provided for mechanically and electrically accessing the data logger for the purpose of inputting and outputting data.
Abstract:
A package for an article incorporating an on/off switch having a momentary-on position and a continuously-on position is disclosed. The package includes a cover such as a blister-type cover at least partially enclosing the article, and a recess arrangement formed in the cover proximate the switch. The recess arrangement prevents the switch from being slid into the continuously-on position while permitting the switch to be depressed into a momentary-on position. The recess arrangement includes a first recess positioned directly over the switch, and a second recess positioned directly adjacent the switch.
