Abstract: A method and device for receiving downlink data in a wireless communication system are discussed. The method performed by a terminal includes receiving, from a base station, first downlink control information through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or a short PDCCH (sPDCCH), wherein the first downlink control information schedules a plurality of short physical downlink shared channel (sPDSCH) regions based on a first transmission time interval (TTI)-based radio frame structure, and each of the plurality of the sPDSCH regions is included in a different plurality of short subframes based on the first TTI-based radio frame structure, respectively; and receiving, from the base station, first downlink data in the plurality of the sPDSCH regions based on the first downlink control information, wherein the first TTI-based radio frame structure has a shorter interval than a second TTI-based radio frame structure for the PDSCH region in which second downlink data is transmitted.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transmitting a power headroom report in a communication system supporting multi-carriers are disclosed, by which a user equipment is enabled to transmit the power headroom report. According to the present invention, a user equipment calculates a power headroom for each of at least one activated serving cell using a maximum transmission power of the user equipment for each of at least one activated serving cell and transmits the power headroom report including the power headroom for each of the at least one activated serving cell and the maximum transmission power of the user equipment for each of the at least one activated serving cell to a base station. In this case, the power headroom includes an information on power status of the user equipment for each of the at least one activated serving cell.

Abstract: A method for transmitting Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) information at a User Equipment (UE) configured to use a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) format 3 in a wireless communication system, the method includes transmitting ACK/NACK information for downlink transmission in a downlink frame set including M downlink subframes in one uplink subframe, where M≥1, wherein the ACK/NACK information is transmitted using a PUCCH format 1b when at least one of specific conditions is met, wherein more than one serving cell is configured for the UE and the more than one serving cell includes one Primary Cell (PCell) and at least one Secondary Cell (SCell), wherein the specific conditions comprise: a first condition in case both one Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH), indicated by a detection of a corresponding Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), is present only on the PCell in the downlink subframe set, and a Downlink Assignment Index (DAI) value in the PDCCH is equal to 1, and a second condition in case one Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) release PDCCH with the DAI value being equal to 1 is present on the PCell in the downlink subframe set.
