    Abstract: An electronic musical instrument includes a keyboard, a sound-producing system, and a control unit. A panning value indicating a left-right balance of sound outputted from a left speaker and a right speaker in stereo sound production is assigned to each key of the keyboard such that the left-right balance of soundboard resonant sound waveform data for certain higher-pitch keys is shifted towards the left-speaker as compared with the left-right balance of soundboard resonant sound waveform data for certain lower-pitch keys that are located to the left of the higher-pitch keys so as to produce realistic piano sound mimicking an actual piano.

    Abstract: A printing device includes: a thermal head including heater elements arrayed into a line along an array direction intersecting a conveying direction of a printing medium; and controller that causes the thermal head to print onto the printing medium based on multiple line print data, each of the multiple line print data being data into which print data is divided along the array direction. The controller performs either of a first energization control to energize the heater elements in one line cycle for printing based on a single line print data among the multiple line print data and a second energization control to energize the heater elements so that a non-energization period in which the heater elements are not energized is included in the one line cycle, depending on a temperature of the thermal head.

    Abstract: An embodiment of an electronic timepiece includes a cylindrical exterior case, a bezel and a windshield member. In the exterior case, a circuit board is housed. The bezel is formed of a metal material to be ring-shaped, includes an inward flange part that projects from an inner side surface toward a center of the ring-shaped bezel, is arranged on an outer upper side of the exterior case and is electrically connected with the circuit board. The windshield member is formed of a transparent dielectric substance, arranged in the bezel and supported by the inward flange part. The bezel is configured to resonate with a radio wave having a desired frequency by adjustment of at least one of (i) a relative permittivity of the dielectric substance and (ii) an area of an overlap region where the inward flange part and the windshield member overlap each other.
