    Abstract: This application provides an electronic device, including a first device body, a second device body, a rotating mechanism, and a flexible display screen. The flexible display screen comprises a first display screen, a second display screen, and a third display screen. The first device body is rotatably connected to the second device body by the rotating mechanism. The first display screen is connected to the second display screen through the third display screen. The first device body is connected to the first display screen, and the second device body is connected to the second display screen. The rotating mechanism comprises at least one rotating shaft and a transmission apparatus, and the at least one rotating shaft is connected to at least one of the first device body or the second device body through the transmission apparatus.

    Abstract: A computing device is provided comprising a processor, a first display device having a first capacitive touch sensor, a second display device having a second capacitive touch sensor, and a hinge positioned between and coupled to each of the first display device and the second display device, the first display device and second display device being rotatable about the hinge and separated by a hinge angle. The processor is configured to detect the hinge angle at a first point in time, determine that the hinge angle at the first point in time is outside a first predetermined range, and upon at least determining that the hinge angle is outside the first predetermined range, perform run-time calibration of at least a plurality of rows of the capacitive touch sensor of the first display device and of the capacitive touch sensor of the second display device.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may comprise: a housing comprising a front plate facing in a first direction, a rear plate facing in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side member disposed to surround a space between the front plate and the rear plate; a rigid display disposed between the front plate and the rear plate of the housing, for externally displaying information in the first direction; a flexible display extending from one side of the rigid display and bending relative to the rigid display, thereby forming a curved surface, or disposed in parallel to the rigid display, thereby forming a flat surface; a plurality of magnets arranged at a specified interval in the flexible display; and a first sensor disposed in the rigid display and configured to sense the degree of bending of the flexible display by sensing magnetic forces provided by the plurality of magnets.

    Abstract: Foldable touch screen display devices with a flexible display unit made up of segments that can be reconfigured from a compact state to an expanded state which includes a modular rigid display that may be attached to the flexible display unit. The form factor of the compact state is roughly the size of a typical handheld phone or smaller. The form factor of the expanded state is roughly the size of a larger phone or tablet computer. A third state whereby the attached rigid display is folded out such that its top surface is aligned with the top surface of the unfolded flexible display, may provide the use of both displays simultaneously. All folded states may include an integrated speaker and microphone. In one embodiment, a module attached to, situated within, or otherwise associated with at least one segment of the flexible display or rigid display may contain all or substantially all processing and memory, along with a communications system, which may be used in any state.

    Abstract: An example electronic device may include a foldable housing, including a hinge, a first housing connected to the hinge and including a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite the first direction, and a second housing connected to the hinge, including a third surface facing a third direction and a fourth surface facing a fourth direction opposite the third direction, the second housing configured to be foldable with respect to the first housing about the hinge, wherein the first surface faces the third surface in a folded state of the electronic device; a display extending from the first surface to the third surface to provide the first surface and the third surface and including a touch controller configured to control a receiving function of an input on the display; a processor disposed inside the first or second housing and operatively coupled to the display; and a memory operatively connected to the processor, wherein the memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to: detect the occurrence of changing an angle between the first housing and the second housing; receive a touch interrupt produced based on an input on the display; identify characteristics of the input in response to detecting the change in the angle; and determine whether to cancel the touch event corresponding to the input based on the characteristics of the input.
