    Abstract: A transparent liquid composition that does not substantially contain ethyl alcohol, contains water as the main solvent, and has a high concentration of perfume is provided.
    The transparent liquid composition comprises: (a) 3-20% by mass of a perfume component; (b) a hydrogenated castor oil to which 30-60 moles of polyoxyethylene is added; (c) an alkanol obtained by addition polymerization of 20-30 moles of polyoxyprolylene and 20-30 moles of polyoxyethylene; (d) one type or more of a surfactant having an Inorganic-value/Organic-value of 0.70-1.20; and (e) 40% by mass or greater of an aqueous component other than ethyl alcohol, wherein the blending ratio (d/(b+c)) of the component (d) to the sum of the blending amounts of the components (b) and (c) is 0.03-0.60, and ethyl alcohol is not substantially contained.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a cosmetic kit provides cosmetics which are customized (personalized) for each user and a cosmetic provision device which uses the kit to supply customized cosmetics. The cosmetic kit includes a plurality of cosmetic bases, and is used for customized cosmetics which are prepared by mixing the plurality of cosmetic bases in accordance with recipe information determined on the basis of user unique information. The method provides a cosmetic kit with a container containing at least two cosmetic bases selected from the plurality of cosmetic bases that is rotated at a prescribed speed, and a new-infrared measurement of the bases in the container is performed at prescribed time intervals, the time (T)required to obtain an nth measurement, in which the rate of change between the absorbance in the nth measurement and the absorbance in the previous ((n−1)th)measurement is 100%±5%, and the rate of change with respect to the absorbance in the following ((n+1)th) measurement is 100%±5%, is not more than 35 minutes.

    Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide a powder dispersion composition provided with high powder dispersibility, and a cosmetic having excellent properties in use and good stability over time due to using the powder dispersion composition.     Abstract: The present invention provides a composition for preventing adhesion of air-borne fine particles, which contains a 2-(meth)acryloyloxyalkyl phosphorylcholine-(meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer as an antistatic agent, and which is not decreased in the effect of preventing adhesion of air-borne fine particles even if a sufficient amount of an oil component is blended therein. The present invention is characterized by containing (A) 2-(meth)acryloyloxyalkyl phosphorylcholine-(meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer, (B) a di-long-chain cationic surfactant represented by formula (I) (wherein each R1 independently represents and alkyl group having 12-22 carbon atoms and 0-3 double bonds; each R2 independently represents an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms and no double bond; and Y represents a halogen atom, a methosulfate or a methophosphate), and (C) one or more oil components selected from among hydrocarbon oils, ester oils and silicone oils.
