    Abstract: A multiple oscillation-type generator includes: a first reciprocating member arranged inside a fluid and configured to reciprocate by lifting force, lowering force, or flow energy resulting from the fluid; a second reciprocating member arranged inside the fluid at a distance from the first reciprocating member and configured to reciprocate by lifting force, lowering force, or flow energy resulting from the fluid; a first conversion unit connected to the first reciprocating member and configured to convert reciprocating movements into rotational movements; a second conversion unit connected to the second reciprocating member and configured to convert reciprocating movements into rotational movements; a main power shaft configured to make rotational movements by rotational movements of the first conversion unit and the second conversion unit; and a generation unit configured to produce electric power using transferred rotational movements of the main power shaft.

    Abstract: A cold-adapted protease derived from Pseudoalteromonas arctica PAMC 21717 or a recombinant cold-adapted protease obtained by expressing a gene encoding the cold-adapted protease in E. coli is described, and more particularly, a crystal of a protease exhibiting activity at low temperatures, a method for crystallizing the protease, a method for preparing the protease, a recombinant microorganism that expresses the protease, a method for preparing the recombinant microorganism, a method for preparing the recombinant protease and the use of the cold-adapted protease. The cold-adapted protease exhibits high activity at low temperatures, and securely maintains its enzymatic activity even in the presence of high pH, various metal ions and surfactants. Thus, it is useful in various industrial applications.

    Abstract: Proposed is a microplastic collection device utilizing a cyclone The device may include a cylindrical barrel part accommodating a first suction fan and a first suction fan drive at an upper end thereof, and a microplastic suction pipe installed at an interior center of the barrel part to communicate with the first suction fan and configured to suck in microplastics. The device may also include a suction pipe spaced at a predetermined distance from the upper end of the barrel part, coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the barrel part to communicate with an interior of the barrel part, and configured to suck in external particles. The device may further include a microplastic capture pipe coupled to an upper end outer circumferential surface of the barrel part that surrounds the suction pipe. The device can effectively collect microplastics on seashores and separate them from nature.
