摘要: The present invention relates to a method for installing an offshore wind turbine at a target location at sea with an installation vessel, the vessel comprising: —a nacelle support structure for temporarily supporting a nacelle comprising a hub having a plurality of root end connectors to which the root ends of the blades are to be connected, the nacelle support structure comprising: ○a support tower extending upwardly from a deck of the installation vessel, ○a support platform configured to temporarily support the nacelle, —one or more lifting devices configured for: ○lifting the nacelle onto the support platform, ○lifting a nacelle assembly including the blades onto a wind turbine mast located adjacent the vessel, wherein the method comprises: a) lifting the nacelle onto the support platform, and securing the nacelle to the support platform, b) orienting a root end connector of the hub of the nacelle in a direction facing a guide path of the blade moving system, c) connecting the root end of the first blade to the corresponding first root end connector of the hub, d) repeating steps b) and c) for subsequent blades and root end connectors until all blades are connected to the hub of the nacelle, thereby providing a RNA, e) lifting the RNA from the nacelle support structure and positioning the RNA onto a wind turbine mast located adjacent the vessel.

摘要: A gravity based foundation for an offshore installation includes a caisson of concrete and a hollow shaft. The caisson has a bottom slab, a roof and a side wall extending between the bottom slab and the roof. The roof having a passage for the shaft into the caisson. The shaft support has embedded tensioning bars vertically projecting from the upper side of the shaft support. The shaft is mounted on the shaft support by the tensioning bars. A method of manufacturing includes providing a concrete bottom slab, arranging a full-length formwork onto the bottom slab, arranging a slip formwork onto the bottom slab, providing the tensioning bars and mounting the tensioning bars in a fixed position to the full-length formwork, and concrete pouring of the sidewall and shaft support while raising the slip formwork.

摘要: Delivery of a high volume of floating systems for wind turbines can make floating wind economic. The delivery can involve the standard design of sections, such as “tubes” or “cans,” comprising a rolled plate and ring stiffeners. The delivery can then involve the transportation of the sections in block to an assembly site that is closer to the planned installation point. The sections are used to manufacture floating vessels, such as semi-submersibles, buoyant towers, and/or spars, at the assembly site, which can include a barge with cranes. For semi-submersibles, the delivery can then involve the installation of the Tower, the nacelle, and blades using the barge cranes. Alternatively, for spars or buoyant towers, the nacelle and blades can be installed at an off-shore location using a platform, such as a standard jack-up vessel or a crane jacket.

摘要: A portal frame platform comprises at least three elongate tubular legs extending vertically downward from a top above the waterline to the seabed without horizontal or diagonal bracing members in-between, and a horizontal deck with at least three circular sleeves concentrically coupled to the top of the legs supporting a wind turbine in an in-service configuration. The portal frame platform supporting the wind turbine has an installation configuration with two barges connected to opposite sides of the deck, and the legs extending vertically upward from a bottom above the waterline through the circular sleeves. A construction method includes twelve-steps for quayside assembling, sea-towing and self-installing the portal frame platform with the wind turbine and foundation piles wherein the portable frame platform is converted from the installation configuration to the in-service configuration by lowering the legs through the circular sleeves using wire and winch systems on the two barges.
