摘要： A press section which includes first and second press nips and at least one separate continuously revolving press belt which is routed around each press element of each press nip over a plurality of guide rollers. An upper press belt is led away from the fibrous web after the first press nip. Thereafter the fibrous web is transferred from a lower press belt of the first press nip to an upper press belt of the second press nip. The upper press belt of the second press nip wraps around a vacuum assisted guide roller. Thereafter the lower press belt of the second press nip is brought into contact with the fibrous web via a guide roller, after which the fibrous web travels to the second press nip via a guided path jointly with the two opposite upper and lower press belts of the second press nip.

The retarder is incorporated into a lubricating oil system of the drive device in parallel. A feed line branches from the lubricating oil system and leads to the retarder. A return line leads from the retarder and opens into the lubricating oil system. A valve enables the feed line to be released in the event of a rapid disconnection or energy supply failure of one of the drives, and thus the retarder can be filled with oil.

摘要： A device for processing high-consistency fibrous material has a housing. In order to determine the minimum distance between the base plates, the oscillations are detected on the device and the distance between the base plates rotating relative to one another is reduced until the frequency and/or the amplitude and/or the change in frequency and/or the change in amplitude of the oscillations exceeds a limit value. The distance when the limit value is exceeded is determined as the minimum distance.

摘要： A machine for dewatering and drying a paper, cardboard or other fibrous web, to which machine a fibrous stock suspension is fed which is formed at least partially from waste paper. The machine includes at least two press nips which are formed in each case by two press rolls, wherein a fibrous web runs through first press nip with a water absorbing dewatering belt on both sides. The fibrous web then runs through a second press nip with at least one other dewatering belt and a smooth impermeable transfer belt on both sides. A transfer belt transfers the fibrous web after second press nip to a belt in a downstream machine unit, e.g. dryer group. The dryer group allows the fibrous web to be guided in a serpentine manner alternatively over heated dryer cylinders and vacuum equipped guide rolls.
