摘要: A vehicle door includes a window frame and a lower surface portion formed jointly with the window frame in one piece from a hot formed and press hardened sheet metal plate which is made of a steel alloy which includes, in weight-%: Carbon 0.33-0.38, Silicon 0.2-0.7, Manganese 0.7-1.2, Phosphorus max. 0.03, Sulfur max. 0.02, Boron 0.002-0.005, Chromium 0.6-1.0, Copper max. 0.12, Nitrogen max. 0.005, Titanium 0.015-0.025, Nickel 1.5-2.0, Molybdenum 0.2-0.6, Tin max. 0.04, and as optional components Aluminum 0.006-0.08, Niobium 0.02-0.05, with a balance being iron and incidental impurities. At least the lower surface portion has a Brinell hardness of 500 to 600 HB and a yield strength of 1,200 to 1,450 MPa, wherein the lower surface portion and/or the window frame has a wall thickness of at least 6 mm.

摘要: In a method for producing a material layer for a rotor of a dynamoelectric rotary machine, a first suspension with binding agent and solid particles is applied through a first screen onto a base to form a first green body, thereby reproducing a first region of a first material with a first degree of strength. A second suspension with binding agent and solid particles is applied through a second screen onto a base to form an annular second green body concentrically to a layer center, thereby reproducing a second region of a second material with a second degree of strength being higher than the first degree of strength. The first and second green bodies are joined such as to form a material recess substantially at a layer center. A permanent material bond of the first and second green bodies and the solid particles is created by heating and/or by compression.

摘要: A set for mechanical processing suspended fibrous material includes a die plate having receiving openings in a predefined arrangement for insertion of blade-shaped processing elements which jut out on a process side and are flowed onto by the fibrous material. The blade-shaped processing elements have each a plurality of foot regions in longitudinally spaced-apart relation, which pass through the die plate and jut out from the die plate on a process-distal. At least some of the foot regions of the processing elements reach into associated receiving grooves of a base plate on the process-distal side. As an alternative, transverse stiffening elements are arranged substantially orthogonally in the longitudinal direction of the processing elements such that the transverse stiffening elements stabilize the foot regions of the processing elements on the process-distal side.

摘要: A semiconductor switch device includes a switchable power semiconductor and a control circuit. The semiconductor switch device has a current sink and a current amplifier designed to amplify during a switching process a partial current of the total current flowing across the control capacitor that is not discharged by the current sink up to an adjustable maximum current and to apply the amplified partial current to the control electrode of the power semiconductor so as to counteract the change in the voltage across the collector-emitter path or the drain-source path of the power semiconductor during the switching process. An additional circuit provides an adapted switch-on transition by smoothing the collector voltage and/or the drain voltage of the switchable power semiconductor when switching over the collector-emitter path or the drain-source path of the power semiconductor from a blocked state into a conductive state.

摘要: A frequency converter includes a rectifier on an input side and a support capacitor downstream of the rectifier. Input-side phases of the rectifier feed the backup capacitor via multiple half-bridges of the rectifier. The half-bridges have active switching elements and the rectifier is designed as a recovery rectifier. The input-side phases are connected to grid-side phases of a multiphase supply grid via an upstream circuit. Each grid-side phase is connected to one of the input-side phases within the upstream circuit via a respective phase capacitor. A control facility controls the active switching elements when a first charge state of the support capacitor is reached and input-side phase voltages are applied to the input-side phases via the active switching elements. Voltages running in the opposite direction to the grid-side phase voltages are applied to the grid-side phases to which the input-side phases are connected via the phase capacitors.

摘要: A modular power converter with wide-bandgap semiconductors, in particular SiC semiconductors. The modular power converter has at least two base units. The base units are connected together on the input side, and each base unit has an input circuit on the input side and an output circuit on the output side. The input circuit and the output circuit are each formed by the wide-bandgap semiconductors arranged in a B6-bridge circuit. An intermediate circuit capacitor is connected in parallel with the input circuit and the output circuit forming an intermediate circuit. The input circuits of the base units or a sub-quantity of the base units are arranged in a series circuit. At least one inductor is arranged between each pair of input circuits.
