Abstract:
An inflatable bed includes a bedstead assembly, a mattress assembly, and an electrical air pump unit. The mattress assembly is disposed on and above the bedstead assembly, and includes a top sheet, a bottom sheet disposed under the top sheet, and a plurality of surrounding sheets interconnecting the top and bottom sheets to form a plurality of air chambers, which are not in fluid communication with each other. Each of the air chambers is defined among the top sheet, the bottom sheet, and a respective one of the surrounding sheets. The electrical air pump unit is disposed on the bedstead assembly, and is operable to inflate the air chambers individually so that air pressures in the air chambers may be different.
Abstract:
A buffer assembly includes a housing adapted to sealingly connected to the pressure switch and defining therein a chamber and an airway defined in a bottom face of the housing to communicate with an interior of the housing so as to communicate with an inlet of the pressure switch. Pressure change inside the inflatable product is transmitted to the pressure switch only after the pressure change passes through the chamber of the housing via the airway and the inlet of the pressure switch.
Abstract:
A swirling bathing tub includes a bathing tub, a water ejecting device mounted on an inner side face of the bathing tub and having at least one water outlet defined in the casing and a water inlet for connection with a water source, a water pump mounted inside the casing and having a water inflow pipe in communication with the water inlet and a water outflow pipe corresponding to the at least one water outlet, a baffle rotatably mounted inside the casing and having at least one through hole corresponding to the at least one water outlet so that water flowing through the water outflow pipe of the pump is able to selectively flow to the bathing tub to create a soothing massaging effect to the user.
Abstract:
A plastic product is fabricated from plastic sheets by heat sealing the plastic sheets to form an enclosure member. In order to strengthen the heat-sealed joints of the plastic sheets, the plastic sheets are thickened at portions where the heat-sealed joints are to be formed. Preferably, the heat-sealed joints are formed in such a manner that the cross-section of the heat-sealed joints is smaller than that of the thickened portions of the plastic sheet, thereby preventing effectively the non-thickened portions of the plastic sheets from being affected adversely by the heat sealing process.
Abstract:
An automatic air nozzle includes a valve adapted to engage with a peripheral side face defining the air path inside the inflatable object, a linking element having a first end operably connected to the valve and a second end and a motor operably connected to the second end of the linking element so as to drive the valve to move linearly relative to the inflatable object to open/close the air path automatically.
Abstract:
A self-inflating mattress has a hollow body, an inflating valve, a deflating valve, a unidirectional valve and a foam material. The body has at least two chambers respectively serving as a primary chamber with a supporting chamber and a secondary chamber. The inflating and deflating valves are mounted on the body and communicate respectively with the primary and secondary chambers. The unidirectional valve is mounted on the supporting chamber, communicates with the supporting and secondary chambers and only allows air to flow from the primary chamber to the secondary chamber when open. The foam material is mounted in the primary chamber. The operation of the inflation/deflation of the primary and secondary chambers is implemented without an air pump and is convenient. Furthermore, the supporting chamber provides convenience for tightly fitting of the unidirectional valve without any leakage.
Abstract:
A foldable frame assembly includes a plurality of parallel frame members, each of which has left and right columns. A plurality of coupling units are alternately disposed with the frame members, and each includes first left and right connecting rods and second left and right connecting rods. Each of the first left and right connecting rods has a first upper rod end that is pivoted to the upper column end of a respective one of the left and right columns of one of two adjacent ones of the frame members, and a first lower rod end that is opposite to the first upper rod end. Each of the second left and right connecting rods has a second upper rod end that is pivoted to the upper column end of a respective one of the left and right columns of the other one of the two adjacent ones of the frame members, and a second lower rod end that is opposite to the second upper rod end and that is pivoted to the first lower rod end so as to permit folding and unfolding of the frame members relative to one another in the longitudinal direction.
Abstract:
A method of driving-in antimony into a wafer, including the following steps. A wafer is loaded into an annealing furnace/tool. The wafer having an area of implanted antimony ions. The wafer is annealed a first time at a first temperature in the presence of only a first nitrogen gas flow rate. The wafer is ramped-down from the first temperature to a second temperature in the presence of only an oxygen gas flow rate. The wafer is maintained in the presence of the of oxygen gas flow rate at the second temperature. The wafer is ramped-up from the second temperature to a third temperature in the presence of only the oxygen gas flow rate. The wafer is annealed a second time at the third temperature in the presence of only a second nitrogen gas flow rate to drive-in the antimony ions within the area of implanted antimony.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an inflatable ball including at least an upper layer, a lower layer and an intermediate layer of flexible sheets, which are overlapped and heat-sealed together along their circumferences so as to form an inflatable upper chamber between the upper and intermediate layers, and an inflatable lower chamber between the lower and intermediate layers. The intermediate layer is made to contract in its heat-sealed circumference after heat sealing, thus obtaining an improved inflatable ball which requires smaller inflation pressure, and which results in smaller deformation in its upper and lower layers in an inflated state.
Abstract:
A controlling mechanism for an inflatable object has a valve controlling assembly for opening/closing operation of the valve, a pressure controlling assembly for sensing pressure difference to selectively activate operation of the valve and a linkage assembly interactively arranged between the valve controlling assembly and the pressure controlling assembly to sense operation of the pressure controlling assembly and consequently operate movement of the valve controlling assembly.
