    Abstract: An RF fingerprint signal processing device configured for executing a machine learning algorithm on a plurality of input signals. The RF fingerprint signal processing device includes a receiver-feature determination circuit and a classifying determination circuit. The receiver-feature determination circuit is configured to compute on the plurality of input signals in a neural network. The classifying determination circuit is coupled with the receiver-feature determination circuit, and the classifying determination circuit is configured to send feedback information of a receiver-feature component to the receiver-feature determination circuit. The receiver-feature determination circuit decreases the receiver-feature weight of the neural network. The receiver-feature weight is associated with the receiver-feature component, and the receiver-feature weight which is decreased is applied for computing an output value of the neural network.

    Abstract: An image labeling apparatus, method, and computer program product are provided. The image labeling apparatus generates several image features of several to-be-processed images and classifies them into several groups. For each group, the image labeling apparatus: (a) selects the image feature closest to the center as a representative feature and a compared feature, (b) selects the image feature farthest to the compared feature as a candidate feature, and (c) compares the similarity between the candidate feature and each representative feature with a threshold. When all the similarities are smaller than the threshold, adopts the candidate feature as another representative feature and the compared feature and repeats (b) and (c). The group(s) whose number of representative features is more than another threshold will be re-classified. The image labeling apparatus determines several to-be-labeled groups according to the classification result and labels the to-be-processed images within the same to-be-labeled group the same.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating a dialogue state tracking model. The apparatus retrieves a field feature corresponding to a queried field from a database according to the queried field corresponding to a queried message. The apparatus retrieves a candidate-term feature corresponding to each of at least one candidate-term corresponding to the queried field from the database, and integrates them into an integrated feature. The apparatus also generates at least one relation sub-sentence of a reply message corresponding to the queried message and generates a sentence relation feature according to the at least one relation sub-sentence. The apparatus further generates a queried field related feature according to the field feature, the integrated feature and the sentence relation feature and trains the dialogue state tracking model according to the queried field related feature.

    Abstract: A base station (BS) for a mobile communication system is provided. As for a user equipment (UE), the BS is a primary BS and connects to a secondary BS. The primary BS calculates the time synchronization error between the primary BS and the UE, and the time synchronization error between the secondary BS and the UE. These time synchronization errors are associated with the subcarrier spacings (SCSs) of the primary and secondary BSs, respectively. According to the calculated time synchronization errors, the primary BS transmits a synchronization indication message to instruct the UE to receive the reference time information of one of the primary and secondary BSs.
