    Abstract: The optical information reader includes an imaging part configured to capture a plurality of images at predetermined timing until code reading results in success or a reading process times out, and an output part configured to output information on timing at which the optical information reader receives the trigger signal, success or failure information on code reading, and the plurality of images captured by the imaging part, and success or failure information representing whether the reading process performed by a decoder results in success or failure and the plurality of images captured in response to the trigger signal are associated with the trigger signal, and, with a list of reading results corresponding to a plurality of the trigger signals displayed on a display part.

    Abstract: A sufficient decoding processing time for each image acquired by performing high-speed imaging is secured to obtain a stable reading result, thereby enabling immediate output of the obtained reading result. A processing unit has a first core and a plurality of second cores. The first core instructs the second cores, presumed to be capable of immediately executing the decoding process or executing the decoding process next to a decoding process being currently executed, to execute the decoding process. The second cores are configured to be capable of simultaneously executing the decoding process on read images instructed by the first core at different timings.

    Abstract: Provided is a displacement sensor having a modular structure that allows further downsizing. A housing of a head is made up of a main housing and a lid member, both of which are precision molded products made of a metal material. A first holder to which a light projector is bonded and a second holder to which a light receiver is bonded are individually positioned on and bonded to the lid member. This work is performed by a mounting device. Optical components such as a light projecting lens are also bonded to the lid member, and the lid member modularized by incorporating such optical components is assembled and welded to the main housing.
