Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating housing defining a plurality of terminal grooves each extending along a front-to-rear direction. A plurality of terminals includes a plurality of flat terminals made by stamping and bending metal strips and a plurality of spring terminals made by die-cutting upright metal boards of long rectangular shape. Each spring terminal is inserted forward and uprightly positioned in the corresponding terminal groove of the insulating housing without being pressed and bent. The flat terminals are molded in the insulating housing with front ends thereof acted as contacting ends and exposed outside. A lid is mounted to a back of the insulating housing for positioning a rear of the spring terminal. A latch is inserted forward in the insulating housing. A shielding shell is mounted to the insulating housing and electrically connects with the latch.

Abstract: A shielding shell includes a front shell curved from a metal plate and having a base board and two side boards, and a rear shell having a base plate of which a front edge is connected with a rear edge of the base board. Two side plates extend downward from two opposite side edges of the base plate and each is connected with a rear edge of the side board of the front shell by virtue of a strengthening structure. The strengthening structure includes a first strengthening arm extending towards the corresponding side plate from a rear edge of the side board, and a second strengthening arm extending towards the corresponding side board from a front edge of the side plate to be buckled with the first strengthening arm so as to secure the side plate and the corresponding side board together.

Abstract: A sliding hinge includes a base body, a sliding body slidably coupled with the base body, and a pushing component placed between the base body and the sliding body and having a torsion spring and a swinging arm. The torsion spring has a first elastic arm with a free end thereof pivotably connected to the base body, and a second elastic arm. The swinging arm defines a first end pivotably connected to the base body and a second end pivotably connected with a free end of the second elastic arm, and has a portion adjacent to the first end pivotably connected with the sliding body. The insulating housing has a receiving chamber penetrating through a rear thereof. The insulating housing defines two buckling grooves with rears thereof being narrower than fronts thereof, and two fixing grooves connecting with insides of the buckling grooves. Abstract: A probe connector includes an insulating housing having a base, and a plurality of probe pin assemblies. The base defines a front surface which has a plurality of inserting holes arranged side by side. The inserting hole has a channel at a bottom thereof and reaching a rear surface of the base, and a mating lump protruded inwards from a rear portion of an inner surface thereof. The probe pin assembly has a cylindraceous barrel received in the inserting hole, an elastic element accommodated in the barrel, and a plunger. The barrel has a notch at a rear end of a periphery thereof for engaging with the mating lump. A conduct element of strip shape is extended rearwards from the rear end of the barrel, and exposed out of the insulating housing through the channel for being soldered to a PCB.

Abstract: A damping hinge apparatus includes a hinge and a damper. The damper has a damping shell, a damping cover, a damping body, an outer gasket and a rotating body. The damping cover is fixed in the damping shell and has a center hole defined, an inner wall of the center hole defines a plurality of loop-shaped groove perpendicular to the center hole and parallel each other. The damping body has a column portion received in the center hole, the column portion protrudes outward to form a plurality of rotating plates perpendicular to the column portion and parallel each other. The rotating plates engage the corresponding loop-shaped grooves. A bottom of the column portion connects a connecting portion located beneath the damping cover. The outer gasket is arranged around the connecting portion and against an inner side of the damping shell. Damping oil is filled between the outer gasket, the damping shell and the damping body.

The mounting portions are encircled in the enclosure and match with the stepped portion. A cap rotatablely receiving the damper defines an accommodating space. A part of the accommodating space forms a restraining portion.
