Abstract:
A non-imaging lens includes a transparent member, a conical protrusion, and a plurality of annular protrusions. The transparent member includes a first surface and a second surface. The first surface and the second surface are planar. The conical protrusion is defined on the first surface of the transparent member. The annular protrusions are concentrically defined on the first surface around the conical protrusion. Each of cross-sections of the annular protrusions approximately forms a right triangle. Each of the triangles includes a first angle, a second angle, a bottom surface, a first surface and a second surface. The first angle exceeds the second angle. The first angle is less than or equal to 90°. The second angles increase in turn outwards from the conical protrusion. The width of the bottom surface is equal to the radius of the conical protrusion.

An illumination device includes a cover, a heat-dissipation module, and a plurality of light emitting units. The heat-dissipation module includes a main body and a mounting plate connected to the main body. The mounting plate is received in the interior of the illumination device. The light emitting units are mounted on the mounting plate and opposite to the cover. Light from the light emitting unit is transmitted through the cover.
Abstract:
An exemplary portable solar power generator includes a hollow light pervious housing, a light guide element, a condensing lens, a solar cell unit, and a connector assembly. The housing has a first refractive index, and sunlight enters the housing by passing through an outer surface thereof. The light guide element is positioned in and attached to the housing, which has a second refractive index larger than the first refractive index. The condensing lens is positioned in the housing, which is configured for converging the light incident thereon. The solar cell unit is positioned in the light pervious housing and located at a side of the condensing lens opposite to the light guide element. The solar cell unit is configured for receiving the light converged by the condensing lens and converting the received sunlight into electrical energy. The connector assembly is electrically coupled to the solar cell unit.
