Sealing composition for repairing tyres comprising: from 5% to 15% of natural latex; from 20% to 60% synthetic latex; from 30% to 60% of a glycol selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol and ethylene glycol; from 0.05% to 5% of silica; the synthetic latex comprising from 15% to 40% of ethylene-vinyl acetate, the percentages being by weight of the total composition.
Abstract:
A disposable canister filled with sealant liquid has an inner closure for retaining the sealant liquid inside the canister; a compressed-air inlet conduit; an outlet conduit for receiving the sealant liquid when the closure is in an open position; a first portion having one of the inlet and outlet conduits; and a second portion; the first and second portions being joined by a weld to form a tank which holds the sealant liquid in a ready-for-use position by means of the closure.
Abstract:
A kit for inflating and repairing inflatable articles, in particular tires, the kit having a compressor assembly, a container of sealing liquid and connectors for connecting the container to the compressor assembly and to an inflatable article for repair or inflation; the compressor assembly being housed in an outer casing defining a seat for the container of sealing liquid. The container is housed removably in the seat and functionally connected to the compressor assembly so as to form a compact unit ready for use.
