Abstract:
The embodiment of this invention discloses a method, a system and an apparatus for admission control of multicast or unicast. The method for admission control of multicast comprises: a network device receives a multicast request and executes admission control operation of multicast resources according to the multicast request; when multicast resources are not sufficient, the network device sends an outer resources request to a resources admission control device, and executes multicast operation according to the results of admission control operation returned by the resources admission control device responsive to said outer resources request. The method for admission control of unicast comprises: a resources admission control device receives a unicast resources request and executes admission control operation of unicast resources according to the unicast resources request; when the unicast resources are not sufficient, the resources admission control device sends an outer resources request to a network device; the resources admission control device executes unicast operation according to the results of admission control operation returned by the network device responsive to said outer resources request. The embodiment of this invention guarantees fast handoff of multicast service channel in the case of implementing resources share of multicast services and unicast services, and the implementation is simple.

A method of realizing network address translation (NAT) includes the following steps. An application function (AF) entity receives a message, and determines a signaling direction according to the message. The AF entity carries the signaling direction information in an access authorization request (AAR) message and sends the AAR message to a service-based policy decision function (SPDF) entity. The SPDF entity obtains a corresponding local domain address according to the signaling direction, and sends the obtained address to the AF entity. The AF entity sends the message according to the local domain address. An entity and a system of realizing NAT are also provided. By extending a message interacted between the AF entity and the SPDF entity and adding a field indicating a signaling direction, the SPDF entity is enabled to distinguish an uplink direction or a downlink direction of the message, for example, from an access side/a local core side to a core side/an opposite core side or from the core side/opposite core side to the access side/local core side, so as to realize an NAT control.

A method for guaranteeing service reliability in an end-to-end Quality of Service framework, including: checking whether connection information held in all node equipment gone through by a session connection is consistent; if it is, finishing the consistency check; otherwise, releasing the inconsistent connection information from the node equipment. In this invention, consistency check is performed inside every node equipment, and between node equipment in the network, and thus, abnormal resources may be retrieved, so that network service ability will not be affected by abnormal situations. When the network is of large scope, consistency check can be done according to signaling flow sequence for establishing a session connection. When an inconsistent situation is detected, the node equipment gives a feedback to its upstream node equipment. Usually, there is a great quantity of sessions on a network, so it is better to carry out consistency check in batch for decreasing spending. With this method, degradation of service ability because of network abnormity can be avoided, and network reliability and availability can be improved, which is of great economic benefits.
