摘要： According to an embodiment, a smoothing device includes an acquiring unit, a determining unit, and selecting unit. The acquiring unit acquires weather information of a plurality of operation areas. A facility device that performs environmental control according to a control value resulting from operation based on the weather information is installed in each of the operation areas. The determining unit determines whether or not an amount of change in weather exceeds a predetermined first threshold in each of the operation areas. The selecting unit selects at least one first operation area that is an operation area in which the amount of change exceeds the first threshold as a halt area for which the operation of the control value used by the facility device installed in the first operation area is halted when the number of first operation areas exceeds a predetermined second threshold.

The receiving unit is configured to receive a program of an energy saving service from a service provider. The acquisition unit is configured to acquire an external information related to the energy saving service. The estimation unit is configured to estimate a resource consumption of respective computer resources of a plurality of servers to execute the program based on the external information. The selection unit is configured to select at least one server to be provided with the program from the plurality of servers based on the resource consumption.

摘要： A control system includes a control device for controlling a plurality of actuators by executing a plurality of functions based sensor values from a plurality of external sensors and a function providing device for providing the control device with the functions to be executed by the control device. The function providing device accepts a program including a plurality of functions from a user device, finds a new function among the functions which has not been received yet and pass the same function to the control device. The control device executes functions passed from the function providing device based on values of the external sensors and controls the actuators by transmitting values of output arguments of the functions to the actuators.

摘要： A wireless sensor for a wireless sensor network includes a sensor unit performing sensing to sense environment and/or circumstance, first routing to send first sensing information to a server according to routing information, and second routing to send second sensing information from another wireless sensor to the server according to the routing information, when being supplied with power from a power source, a timer including a capacitor to be charged by the power and performs a time limit operation due to self-discharge thereof, a first control switch controlling power supplying to the timer to make the timer perform the time limit operation at a set time, a rectifier converting a radio signal from the another wireless sensor into power, and a second control switch starting power supplying to the sensor unit, upon receiving the control signal of the rectifier during the time limit operation.
