Abstract: A mechanism for hiding and storing a desk on the side wall of a house can allow the desk to be easily stored in the wall, so it does not take up any living space when it is not required. The transformation of the desk is different from the conventional flipping tray table, as the front side of the desk faces outward when the table is stored in the wall. The desk can include additional functionalities that can be used both while the desk is stowed on the wall and when deployed as a table. An example of such functionality includes a digital clock and a file cabinet. The desk can be secured in each state by the sliding pin that can be inserted into the wall.

Abstract: A pneumatic active sealing wall can create a seal between a movable wall and another part of a structure, such as a recreational vehicle, mobile home or the like. The pneumatic active sealing wall design allows the wall to expand from two sides, and, by expanding the wall parts into the side walls, gaps will be eliminated. The sealing wall can be used, for example, to create a seamless wall for folding mechanisms. Since such folding mechanisms do not allow lamination connection, the stretchable design of the pneumatic active sealing wall can solve the problems associated with sealing such movable walls.

Abstract: A storage mechanism for houses and expandable houses allows items to be stored in a space close to the ceiling so the storage space will not reduce the available floor space in the house. The storage will only reduce the height of the ceiling by a small amount, which does not affect most people. When activated, the system can automatically move the stored item to the room on the side and make them accessible to the user. The design aims to allow the users to store many items on top of their head to save spaces. It essentially eliminates the need of an additional storage room in smaller houses. It also allows multifunctional room when the storage system have some furniture like a TV and a mattress installed in it. It can help smoothly transform a living room to a bedroom and vice versa.

Abstract: An electric vehicle chassis includes multiple battery compartments specifically arranged therein. Abstract: A sealing arrangement can be used to provide a seal between two adjacent structural elements, such as between two walls. The sealing arrangement may be particularly useful for expandable structures, such as expandable mobile homes, recreational vehicles, or the like. The sealing arrangement can include a first wall member that can provide a retractable seal that may extend outward from a face of the wall, toward a second wall member. Abstract: A mobile expandable structure can expand both outward, from at least one side thereof, and rearward, from a back side thereof. When expanded, the mobile expandable structure can provide an expansion of about 2.5 to about 3 times the original living space provided by the main structure. The structure may be on an electric chassis and the structure can include a solar array that is disposed, in the stowed configuration, over the main structure. The solar array is expandable to cover some or all of the expansion sections when in the expanded configuration. The expansion sections can include pivotable floor members that pivot downward upon expansion of each 10 expansion section. Side walls of the side expansion may be unfolded to provide sides of the side expansion section.
