Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a board-to-board connector including a body, multiple terminals and a pair of metal fittings. The body has an accommodating recess. The terminal is disposed on the body and a portion of each of the terminals extends to the accommodating recess. The metal fittings are disposed on the body and beside the accommodating recess. The terminals are located between metal fittings. Each of the metal fittings has at least one limiting portion that extends to the accommodating recess. The limiting portion leans against a corner of the accommodating recess so that the metal fittings and the body generate a two-dimensional limitation. A board-to-board connector assembly is also provided.
Abstract:
An electrical plug connector and an electrical receptacle connector adapted to be mated with the electrical plug connector are provided. The electrical receptacle connector includes an insulated housing integrally formed as a whole and a plurality of receptacle terminals. Based on a supporting arm of a first side arm of the receptacle terminal, when the plug terminal is abutted against the first side arm, the supporting arm is abutted against an abutting surface of the electrical receptacle connector for supporting the first side arm and improving the structural strength of the first side arm. Therefore, the first side arm can be prevented from being deformed or broken. In addition, based on a supporting segment of a second side arm of the receptacle terminal, the flexibility of second side arm can be improved and the structural strength of the second side arm can be enhanced.
Abstract:
A board to board male connector includes a male insulator, a first male signal contact set, a second male signal contact set, and a first male holding contact. The male insulator includes a first side wall, a second side wall, a first erect wall, and second erect wall. The first side wall is opposite to the second side wall. The first erect wall is opposite to the second erect wall. The first male signal contact set is disposed on the first erect wall. The second male signal contact set is disposed on the second erect wall. The first male holding contact includes a first male holding body disposed on the first side wall, and at least one first embedding wing extending from at least one side of the first male holding body and embedding into the first side wall.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical connector assembly comprising a first connector and a second connector. The first connector comprises a first insulating body and first terminals. The first insulating body comprises an inserting wall. The first terminal comprises a U-shaped segment fixed to the inserting wall and a first soldering foot. Two outer surfaces of the U-shaped segment respectively comprise a coupling part. The second connector comprises a second insulating body and second terminals. The second insulating body comprises a receiving trough, separating plates, and separating troughs. The receiving trough matches the inserting wall. The separating plate comprises a first chamfer and a second chamfer. The second terminal comprises a pair of elastic arms, a main arm, and a second soldering foot. The pair of elastic arms is fixed in the receiving trough and matches the U-shaped segment. The main arm is disposed in the separating trough.
