    Abstract: Provided is an array substrate, including a first base substrate, and a drive circuit layer, a transmissive electrode layer and a reflective electrode layer which are sequentially laminated. A plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines in the drive circuit layer extend in a first direction and a second direction, respectively, and intersect to define a plurality of pixel regions.
