    Abstract: Provided are a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate and pixel units each including a pixel driving circuit at least including a first and a second thin film transistors; a first semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a second semiconductor layer are sequentially arranged on the base substrate; the first semiconductor layer includes a first active layer, including a first source region, of the first thin film transistor; the first conductive layer includes a first gate of the first thin film transistor; the second conductive layer includes a first transfer electrode electrically connected to the first source region; the second semiconductor layer includes a second active layer, which includes a second source region, of the second thin film transistor; the second source region is electrically connected to the first transfer electrode.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor, and a thin film transistor are provided. The method includes: forming an active layer on a substrate by a single patterning process; forming a gate insulating layer by deposition on a side of the active layer away from the substrate; forming a first via hole and a second via hole penetrating through the gate insulating layer by a single patterning process, the first and second via holes being located at two ends of the active layer respectively; and forming a first electrode, a gate electrode, and a second electrode on the gate insulating layer by a single patterning process, the first and second electrodes being connected to the active layer through the first and second via holes, respectively, and an orthographic projection of the gate electrode on the substrate at least partially overlapping that of the active layer on the substrate.

    Abstract: A support device and a foldable device. The foldable device comprises a bendable structure (102) and a support device (101). The bendable structure (102) comprises a bending portion (1021), and a first non-bending portion (1022) and a second non-bending portion (1023) respectively located on two sides of the bending portion (1021). The support device (101) comprises a first support (1011), a second support (1012), a rotating shaft support (1013), and at least one support component (1014). The first support (1011) is used to support the first non-bending portion (1022), and the second support (1012) is used to support the second non-bending portion (1023). Each support component (1014) is connected to the rotating shaft support (1013), and is further used to be connected to the bending portion (1021) to provide support. The support device (101) is used to support the entire bendable structure (102) to avoid swelling of the bending portion (1021) of the bendable structure (102), thereby ensuring the flatness of the bendable structure (102).

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a laminating device, a laminating method thereof, a flexible display module and a display device. The laminating device is configured to laminate layers of the flexible display module. The laminating device includes a stress applying component, configured to control the first laminating base platform and the second laminating base platform to laminate in a lamination direction, and control at least one of the first laminating base platform and the second laminating base platform to be deformed in a direction perpendicular to the lamination direction during lamination, such that the first laminate layer, that has been laminated, in an unfolded state is provided with a pre-applied stress, wherein a direction of the pre-applied stress is opposite to a direction of a stress borne by the first laminate layer in a folded state.

A driving module of the pixel unit circuit includes a pixel compensation unit configured to transmit a read-control signal to the corresponding row of read-control line and transmit a gate drive-control signal to the gate drive circuit.
