Abstract:
A method for fabricating a magnetic film structure is provided. The method comprises forming a magnetic structure on a bottom electrode layer, the magnetic structure comprising at least one pinned bottom magnetic film layer having a fixed magnetic orientation; at least one top magnetic film layer whose magnetic orientation can be manipulated by a current; and a tunneling layer between the bottom magnetic film layer and the top magnetic film layer; forming a metallic hard mask atop the magnetic structure; patterning and etching the metallic hard mask to define exposed areas of the magnetic structure; selectively etching the exposed areas of the magnetic structure by a chemical etch process based on a CO etch chemistry to form discrete magnetic bits.
Abstract:
A ball storage rack comprises at least three support rods, two base members and a connecting member. When the ball storage rack stores balls, each base member can serves as a centre to be pivotally coupled to each support rod, as a result, the support rods can fold and unfold, in addition, the two base members are connected with each other by a connecting member. In such a manner, the whole structure strength can be improved; it is difficult to be damaged for the distortion caused by the weight of balls.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for online content syndication using high-performance matching and filtering for structured and semi-structured rules in real-time are disclosed. In one embodiment, the system provides a marketplace for publishers, editors and advertisers. It can harness the power of the Internet and XML to facilitate the sale and acquisition of articles, photos and graphics each with their own licensing rules. In one embodiment, the system provides a unique and powerful licensing engine that gives control over price, licensing rules, embargoes and exclusions across content—with an ability to adjust those rules for each individual asset. In one embodiment, the system combines advanced data management technology, a sophisticated search engine and e-commerce technologies to provide a novel solution to the syndication of content.
Abstract:
A write element for perpendicular recording in a data storage system is fabricated to maintain the thickness of a side shield at both edges of a pole P3, and to form the pole P3 in a trapezoidal shape. Forming a side shield around the pole P3 removes stray fields, creating a quiet, noise-free write element and preventing side erasure. The fabrication method utilizes a magnetic buffer layer to protect a shield gap during trim of the pole P3, and thus to provide the shield gap with a uniform thickness. The magnetic buffer layer also protects the shield gap and pole P3 when the top hard mask is removed. Consequently, the write field is made uniform across the track width. The fabrication method uses a metal in the shield gap to improve the pole geometry after pole trim and to provide a uniform edge to the pole P3.
Abstract:
A method is provided for processing tree like data structures in a streaming manner. An initial context of name/value bindings is set up. A tree of objects is constructed. Each element in the tree of objects is represented as a function object that accepts a context parameter and a target parameter that it can send a stream of start, content, and end events to represent tree output. The parse tree of objects is examined for element names that are recognized as commands. The commands are converted to special function objects that implement command's semantics. Other elements, that are not recognized as commands, are mapped to a default function object.
