    Abstract: An uplink transmission method and an uplink transmission device are provided. The uplink transmission method includes: detecting an UL grant on a target time-domain resource and a target frequency-domain resource in a first time unit, the UL grant being to schedule one or more UEs to perform uplink transmission in a target time unit, a time unit having a predefined length of B1 subframes or B2 symbols, where B1 and B2 are each an integer greater than or equal to 1; acquiring scheduling information for the UE in the target time unit from the UL grant; and performing the uplink transmission on a time-domain resource and a frequency-domain resource scheduled in the target time unit in accordance with the scheduling information.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and a device, comprising: dividing a time unit into DL areas, a time unit including at least two DL areas; notifying a terminal of the divided DL areas by means of configuration signaling. The terminal receiving the configuration signaling; according to said configuration signaling, determining DL areas into which a time unit is divided. Using the present application, defining at least two DL detection areas in a time unit, a terminal detects a downlink transmission in each detection area, and, when one is detected, performs ACK/NACK feedback in an uplink area corresponding to said downlink area. In the present invention, each downlink area has a defined feedback and scheduling relationship, respectively, by means of dividing a time unit into multiple downlink areas, thereby increasing scheduling flexibility and system resource utilization.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of wireless communication technology, and in particular, to a method and device for transmitting and receiving feedback information, resolving a problem of providing ACK/NACK feedback of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission in an uplink pilot time slot (UpPTS). In one embodiment of the invention, the method comprises: a terminal transmits, in a special subframe n, PUSCH data, and receive, in a subframe (n+kPHICH), physical hybrid-ARQ indicator channel (PHICH) data corresponding to the PUSCH data, wherein a PHICH is used to carry feedback information of the PUSCH data; and a network apparatus receives, in the special subframe n, the PUSCH data, and transmits, in the subframe (n+kPHICH), the PHICH data corresponding to the PUSCH data. Therefore, the embodiment implements transmission of ACK/NACK of PUSCH data in an UpPTS.
