Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining uplink scheduling information. The method comprises: a user equipment (UE) reports full power transmission capability and/or coherence transmission capability to a base station; determining a codebook subset of a codebook-based PUSCH and/or second information according to first information, the first information comprising at least one of the following information: the full power transmission capability, the coherence transmission capability, codebook subset restriction information of the codebook-based PUSCH, and first instruction, and the second information comprising an overhead indicated by a precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH and/or an encoding mode indicated by the precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH; and receiving uplink scheduling information of the codebook-based PUSCH, and determining the precoded matrix and the number of transport layers of the codebook-based PUSCH according to the uplink scheduling information of the codebook-based PUSCH, the codebook subset of the codebook-based PUSCH, and the second information sent by the base station.

Abstract: An uplink power control method, a terminal, and a network device are provided, which relates to the field of communications, and is to solve a problem that the terminal cannot reach a maximum transmission power for codebook-based or non-codebook-based uplink multi-antenna transmission in related technologies. The method includes: obtaining an uplink precoding indication; and controlling a value of an uplink transmission power determined according to a power control procedure to remain unchanged, in a case that the uplink precoding indication corresponds to a target precoding indication. Based on the solution of the present disclosure, it is ensured that the maximum uplink transmission power can be reached under part of precoding indications, the coverage of uplink transmission can be improved, and it is not required that all antennas of the terminal can reach the maximum transmission power, thereby reducing the cost.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure are a beam quality monitoring method and apparatus, and a device and a medium. The method includes: a terminal device selecting at least one CORESET as a CORESET to be monitored, which includes a CORESET in an SFN transmission mode; according to an associated CSI RS in an active TCI state in the CORESET to be monitored, determining BFD RSs to be monitored; and performing beam quality monitoring on the basis of each BFD RS to be monitored. In the present disclosure, the beam quality of at least one CORESET is monitored, and the monitored CORESET includes a CORESET in an SFN transmission mode. CSI RSs of two transmission points are associated in an active TCI state in the CORESET in the SFN transmission mode, and therefore by means of the present disclosure, the beam quality of the two transmission points can be monitored.
