    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and a program capable of interpolating a gain of a pixel value of a phase difference detection pixel using a gain value even in the case of generating a display image requiring a real-time property. An image processing apparatus (60) sequentially obtains each frame image in time series order of a motion picture and calculates a gain value to be used in gain interpolation of a pixel value of a phase difference detection pixel of a current frame image based on a past frame image obtained in the time series order. The image processing apparatus (60) interpolates the pixel value of the phase difference detection pixel of the current frame image using the gain value.

    Abstract: An imaging device includes: a lens-side suppression unit that moves an anti-vibration lens, which is provided in an interchangeable imaging lens mounted on an imaging device body including an imaging element, to a position, which is determined according to a detection result of a detection unit detecting vibration applied to a device, to suppress an influence of the vibration on a subject image; an imaging element-side suppression unit that moves the imaging element to suppress a shift in an angle of view caused by the movement of the anti-vibration lens; and a control unit that performs control on the lens-side suppression unit to limit a movable range of the anti-vibration lens, which is moved by the lens-side suppression unit, on the basis of the amount of the maximum shift in the angle of view caused by the movement of the imaging element performed by the imaging element-side suppression unit.

    Abstract: When a blurring process is performed for an image, noise is reduced according to the characteristics of a blurring process filter in a target region of the blurring process. Accordingly, a difference occurs in noise amount with a non-target region of the blurring process. In view of such situations, an image processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention adds noise to the blurring target region. Accordingly, the difference in noise amount can be reduced, and a blurring-emphasized image with a natural texture can be created. Furthermore, the image processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention determines the noise amount according to the blurring amount by the blurring process filter while considering that, the larger the blurring amount is, the more greatly the noise is reduced by the blurring process, and adds the noise.

    Abstract: Provided are an image processing device capable of performing compression processing on a video captured in each video capturing mode according to a first video capturing mode and a second video capturing mode with different capturing conditions. A possible range of a quantization parameter applied in a case where the video is compressed is made different in the first video capturing mode and the second video capturing mode with different capturing conditions. The quantization parameter is determined within a first range in a case of the first video capturing mode, and the quantization parameter is determined within a second range narrower than the first range in a case of the second video capturing mode. In particular, a second upper limit value of the second range is smaller than a first upper limit value of the first range, and a second lower limit value of the second range is larger than a first lower limit value of the first range.
