Abstract: Disclosed are an image processing device, an imaging device, an image processing method, and a program capable of acquiring a moving image with excellent image quality while maintaining continuity of a restoration process between frames even if there is a rapid change of a photographing environment in a moving image. An image processing device includes a restoration control processing unit 36 which subjects a moving image including a plurality of frames acquired by photographing using an optical system to a restoration process based on a point spread function of the optical system to acquire recovered image data. The restoration control processing unit 36 controls the restoration process for a frame to be processed among a plurality of frames based on imaging information of a reference frame including a frame after the frame to be processed in a time series.

Abstract: There are provided an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, a program, and a recording medium capable of compatibly achieving a high-accuracy filtering process and reduction in a necessary storage capacity. An image processing apparatus includes a filtering process unit that performs an image filtering process including a plurality of filtering processes. The filtering process unit applies a filter to processing target data to acquire filter application process data, and applies a gain to the filter application process data to acquire gain application process data, in each filtering process. In each filtering process, the gain applied to the filter application process data is acquired based on a “target frequency characteristic of the image filtering process” specified based on an optical characteristic of an optical system used when the original image data is acquired, that is, the optical characteristic according to an imaging condition when the original image data is acquired.

Abstract: Image data obtained by imaging of an imaging element capable of imaging a subject with sensitivity to a wavelength band of visible light and a wavelength band of near-infrared light via an optical system is acquired. A point image restoration process using a common restoration filter is performed on the image data of the subject captured with sensitivity to the wavelength band of the visible light by the imaging element and the image data of the subject captured with sensitivity to the wavelength band of the near-infrared light by the imaging element. The common restoration filter is calculated on the basis of average optical characteristics of the optical system obtained by performing weighted averaging of first optical characteristics with respect to the visible light of the optical system and second optical characteristics with respect to the near-infrared light of the optical system.

Abstract: An image processing device and an image processing method capable of satisfactorily performing a point image restoration process of a visible light image and a point image restoration process of a near-infrared light image are provided. Abstract: A restoration processing unit performs a restoration process based on an optical transfer function of an optical system for a target image. The entire angle of view of the optical system is greater than 90 degrees. A light amount evaluation region of the optical system is a region in which a distance from the center of an image formation plane is not less than 80% of half of the length of a diagonal line of an imaging surface of an imaging element. When a first evaluation wavelength is used, the ratio of the amount of light in the light amount evaluation region to the amount of light in a region of the optical system corresponding to the center of the image formation plane is not less than 25%. When a second evaluation wavelength is used, the value of the MTF of the optical system acquired at half of the Nyquist frequency of the imaging element is not less than 15%.
