摘要: Systems and methods for hybrid depth regularization in accordance with various embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In one embodiment of the invention, a depth sensing system comprises a plurality of cameras; a processor; and a memory containing an image processing application. The image processing application may direct the processor to obtain image data for a plurality of images from multiple viewpoints, the image data comprising a reference image and at least one alternate view image; generate a raw depth map using a first depth estimation process, and a confidence map; and generate a regularized depth map. The regularized depth map may be generated by computing a secondary depth map using a second different depth estimation process; and computing a composite depth map by selecting depth estimates from the raw depth map and the secondary depth map based on the confidence map.

摘要: One example method includes accessing an adversarial image, processing the adversarial image by applying a smoothing defense to the adversarial image, and classifying the processed adversarial image. The smoothing defense, which may be an unsupervised process, may include a noising process, such as a gaussian noising process, and an edge-preserving process. The smoothing defense can be implemented against basic iterative method (BIM) attacks, as well as fast gradient sign method (FGSM) attacks.

摘要: An image super-resolution method based on a knowledge distillation compression model and a device thereof are disclosed. A small student network model is cascaded into a teacher network with high performance to better complete knowledge distillation, so that the performance of a student network can gradually approach the teacher network, and then the compression of a super-resolution network is completed. Using a distillation strategy of the present disclosure not only avoids manually designing feature conversion between different networks to align, but also greatly reduces the optimization difficulty of the student network. In order to alleviate the problem of inefficient distillation caused by a representation gap between teachers and students, the present disclosure regards a similarity relationship between layers of teachers as knowledge, so that students can learn the similarity relationship of teachers in their own space instead of directly imitating complex features of teachers. The present disclosure significantly compresses a parameter quantity and calculation consumption of a super-resolution network model, reduces the deployment difficulty of the super-resolution network model in an apparatus with limited resources, and has a strong practical application value.

摘要: A material data collection system allows capturing of material data. For example, the material data collection system may include digital image data for materials. The material data collection system may ensure that captured digital image data is properly aligned, so that material data may be easily recalled for later use, while maintaining the proper alignment for the captured digital image. The material data collection system may include using a capture guide, to provide cues on how to orient a mobile device used with the material data collection system.

摘要: Methods and systems to detect and blend a surround area to avoid filtering artifact due to the area in image filtering are disclosed. The described methods include a compensation step and can be applied to arbitrary images with padded areas of arbitrary shape, such as letterboxes, pillar-boxes, ovals, or other shapes, including logos and close captions. Such methods detect the surround areas in the image with possible compression artifact and noise, and then perform blending to minimize the effects of the surround areas for any arbitrary image filtering operations.

摘要: A reconstruction module may include at least one parameter interface to receive a set of measurement sequence parameters and a memory interface to a memory having a trained mathematical model stored in the memory. The trained mathematical model determines a results dataset containing at least one iterative denoising parameter and at least one edge enhancement parameter for at least one received measurement sequence parameter. A control of the reconstruction module controls a reconstruction of the medical images using a reconstruction algorithm based on the determined parameters for parameterizing an iterative denoising function and an edge enhancement function.

摘要: A method includes positioning a patient at a first orientation relative to a radiation source. The method further includes using a 3D imaging technique to measure one or more positions of the patient's chest. The method further includes, while using the 3D imaging technique to measure the one or more positions of the patient's chest: generating a model of the patient's chest using the one or more positions of the patient's chest; updating the model of the patient's chest as the patient breathes; and exposing the patient to a dose of radiation using the radiation source, wherein the dose is based on the model of the patient's chest.
