    摘要: An auto hammer includes a housing having a grip, a head assembly arranged on one end of the housing, a motor mounted within the housing, a switch arranged on the housing for controlling the motor. The hardness of the material utilized for the head assembly of the auto hammer is lower than that of the housing. During operation, the material utilized for the head assembly makes the device feel more comfortable when held by hands. The hardness of the material utilized for the grip of the auto hammer is lower than that of the housing. During operation, the material utilized for the grip makes the device feel more comfortable when held by hands. The material utilized for two opposite sides of an upper portion of the housing is different from that of the remaining portion of the housing. When the auto hammer is positioned transversely on a working board, the hardness of the material utilized for the upper portion of the housing is lower than that of the material of the remaining portion of the housing, so as to protect the auto hammer and the working board.

    摘要: An electric sanding machine has a housing with a drive device disposed therein, a base plate disposed under the housing, and a driven shaft for driving the base plate. A sanding device is attached to the base plate. The housing has a drive device housing part substantially perpendicular to the base plate and a grip housing part substantially parallel to the base plate. A cross section of the housing in a vertical direction is substantially L-shaped. The drive device is disposed in the drive device housing part while the driven shaft is located in the grip housing part so that the drive device is departed from the driven shaft in a radius direction of the driven shaft. With this arrangement, the sanding machine is provided with stronger power and has a smaller contour size which may be controlled more effectively.

The auto hammer has a gripping portion suitable for palm gripping which is arranged on a back side of the housing opposite to the striking device where the motor is arranged on the same side as the striking assembly relative to the axis of the reciprocating linear motion of a striking shaft of the striking device.

The housing has a nozzle portion with a striking rod for striking a nail arranged therein, the striking rod being moved in a reciprocating manner. A rotating shall is mounted in the housing and the rotating shaft is coupled to the output shaft of the motor through the transmission mechanism. An impact member surrounds the rotating shaft and is moved with the rotating shaft. Corresponding slots are formed on the rotating shaft and the impact member respectively and mate with each other with engagement members being contained in the corresponding slots.

The striking device has an associated clamping mechanism for clamping the nail or other element. The clamping mechanism has a driving portion, a first clamping portion, and a second clamping portion. The first and second clamping portions are moved between a closed position and an opened position. In the closed position, the element is held between the first and second clamping portions. A first slot and a second slot are arranged on the first and second clamping portions respectively. The driving portion is arranged in both the first and second slots and moves along the first and second slots.
