    Abstract: This application discloses a state configuration method and a device, including: determining, by a terminal device, that a transmission configuration indicator TCI state configured by a network device changes; obtaining, by the terminal device, a first TCI state configured by the network device before the TCI state changes; configuring, by the terminal device, a second TCI state to be the same as the first TCI state; and when the second TCI state is the same as the first TCI state, a reference signal pointed by using the second TCI state and a reference signal pointed by using the first TCI state are quasi co-located; and after the TCI state changes and before a third TCI state configured by the network device is activated, sending and receiving, by the terminal device, data by using the second TCI state.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a system. The communication method includes: sending first indication information used to indicate that a system bandwidth of a first-type terminal device is a first system bandwidth, where the first system bandwidth is less than or equal to a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) mitigation bandwidth; and sending second indication information to a second-type terminal device, where the second indication information is used to indicate that a system bandwidth of the second-type terminal device is a second system bandwidth, and the second-type terminal device can support a network-based CRS mitigation technology.     Abstract: This application discloses a measurement method and a device, to resolve the following problem: A collision occurs in a process of performing two measurement tasks by a terminal device, affecting measurement efficiency of the terminal device. In this method, after the terminal device simultaneously or successively receives measurement requests sent by devices initiating two measurement tasks, the terminal device may preferentially perform any one of the two measurement tasks, thereby ensuring completion quality of the measurement task. In this way, when devices initiating two measurement tasks instruct the terminal device to perform the two corresponding measurement tasks, a collision can be avoided in a process of performing the two measurement tasks by the terminal device, thereby ensuring measurement efficiency of the terminal device.
