Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink information transmission method, a related device, and a communications system. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, uplink scheduling information sent by an access network device; determining, by the terminal device based on aperiodic channel state indication information and modulation and coding indication information that are included in the uplink scheduling information, whether to transmit feedback information on an uplink resource indicated by the uplink scheduling information; and if determining to transmit the feedback information on the uplink resource, transmitting, by the terminal device, the feedback information on the uplink resource.

This application provides a method for sending uplink information in a wireless communication system that supports various services such as ultra-reliable and low latency communications (URLLC). A terminal device receives a timing advance coefficient from a network device. The terminal device determines value of a first timing advance based on a first time length and the timing advance coefficient. The first time length is one of at least two different time lengths that are supported by the terminal device. The terminal device sends the uplink information to the network device based on the first timing advance. With this method, the terminal device can uses different timing advances in different scenarios, so that diversified requirements of the fifth generation (5G) mobile communication systems for uplink synchronization are satisfied.

A method for transmitting uplink control information includes: receiving, by a terminal device, scheduling information and trigger information from an access network device, where the scheduling information is used to instruct the terminal device to transmit, in M uplink subframes, uplink data scheduled by the scheduling information, M is a positive integer not less than 2, and the trigger information is used to instruct the terminal device to send uplink control information; determining, by the terminal device, in the M uplink subframes, an uplink subframe for carrying the uplink control information, where the determined uplink subframe is a subframe other than a first subframe in the M uplink subframes, and the first subframe is a first uplink subframe in the M uplink subframes; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink control information in the determined uplink subframe.

A data transmission method and a communications device resolve an existing problem that use of an unlicensed spectrum is interfered with between LTE devices when a padding is sent. The method includes: performing, by a communications device, CCA on an unlicensed spectrum; and when determining that the unlicensed spectrum is in an idle state, sending, by the communications device on a preset band resource in the unlicensed spectrum, a signal indicating that the communications device uses the unlicensed spectrum, where the preset band resource is a partial band resource in the unlicensed spectrum. Mutual interference between communications devices when the unlicensed spectrum is used is eliminated.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a data sending method, a data receiving method, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: receiving, by UE, an uplink scheduling grant, where the uplink scheduling grant includes first resource indication information; determining, by the UE, a target resource based on the first resource indication information, where the target resource is allocated resource blocks in M basic resource elements; and sending, by the UE, uplink data on the target resource. In the embodiments of the present invention, service coverage of a base station can be significantly improved.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, where a UE determines that uplink control information to be sent to an eNB in an uplink subframe includes channel state information (CSI) and a scheduling request (SR). The UE further determines a first uplink channel resource for sending the CSI and the SR to the eNB. The first uplink channel resource has an SR sending format and is used to send the CSI. The UE then sends the CSI and the SR to the eNB on the first uplink channel resource in the uplink subframe.

In this way, the user equipment can learn, according to the node indication information, the nodes corresponding to the channel state information measurement sets configured by the base station for the user equipment; then, the user equipment can measure the nodes corresponding to the channel state information measurement sets on the channel state information measurement sets configured by the base station for the user equipment and provide feedback, so that the base station can schedule the user equipment according to a measurement result of the user equipment.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications, and disclose a carrier status indication method and a device, which can reduce a delay of indicating an activated state or a deactivated state of a carrier, and improve efficiency of indicating the activated state or deactivated state of the carrier. A specific solution is as follows: determining, by a base station, a carrier status of a carrier, where the carrier status is an activated state or a deactivated state; indicating first carrier information to user equipment by using a downlink physical control channel, where the first carrier information includes the carrier status of the carrier, and the first carrier information is used to enable the user equipment to perform communication on the carrier according to the carrier status. The present invention is applied in a carrier switching process.

The present invention provides a method for sending and receiving control information, an apparatus and a communication system. The method for sending control information includes: setting respective control bits in a downlink control information (DCI) format to generate control information applied by a network side to a terminal, wherein indication information indicating whether to swap a corresponding relationship between a transmission block and a codeword is not carried in a control bit in the DCI format, if a dedicated demodulation reference signal used to demodulate data is preconfigured by the network side for the terminal and respective codewords correspond to the same number of layers; and the indication information is carried in a control bit in the DCI format, if the dedicated demodulation reference signal used to demodulate data is not preconfigured by the network side for the terminal; and sending the generated control information to the terminal.
