    Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing precoding matrix indicator (PMI) feedback are provided. The apparatus may include at least one storage device containing a computer program, at least one processing circuit and related control/computing devices. The at least one processing circuit is configured with at least one storage device and computer program to feed back the selected PMI and to receive related signalings of the PMI feedback method. One of the signalings includes the precoder candidate set configuration which defines the subset of precoders in a codebook for each precoder to report PMI next time. The selected PMI is transmitted by the apparatus to the corresponding communication device in the communication network.

    Abstract: A nonlinear dynamic focusing control method includes: (1) using a minimum length in a scan line having the minimum length and a maximum length as an initial location and assigning a focal point on the scan line; (2) calculating half depth of focus of the focal point, and the initial location plus the half depth of focus of the focal point being the location of this focal point on the scan line; (3) determining an initial calculation location of the next focal point by adding the half depth of focus of the focal point from the location of this focal point on the scan line in the direction of the maximum length; and (4) determining if the initial calculation location of the next focal point is greater than the maximum length.

    Abstract: In a light communication system, a data embedding unit arranged between a transmitter-side communication data processing unit and a light emitting device driver embeds a communication processed data at a spatial domain of an original image according to a modulation scheme, and gets multiple RGB values for a communication data embedded image. A receiving apparatus detects a transmitter-side communication data embedded image, generates a receiver-side communication data embedded image, compensate a deformation of the receiver-side communication data embedded image, outputs a warped communication data embedded image, and extracts a communication processed data from the warped communication data embedded image.
