    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first substrate including a first basement and a first terminal, a second substrate opposing the first substrate and including a second basement and a second terminal, an organic insulating layer located between the first basement and the second basement, a first hole penetrating the second basement and the organic insulating layer, a second hole penetrating at least one of the second basement and the organic insulating layer and communicating to the first hole and a connecting material provided at least one of the first hole and the second hole to electrically connect the first terminal and the second terminal to each other.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a sensor-equipped display device includes a display panel, first driver, and second driver. The display panel includes a common electrode, a pixel electrode, a detection electrode, a connection line and lead line. The first driver supplies a common driving signal to the common electrode during a display drive time and supplies a sensor driving signal to the common electrode during a sensing drive time. The second driver detects a sensor output value during the sensing drive time. The lead line and the common electrode are apart from each other with a certain gap at least during the sensing drive time.

    Abstract: To reduce disturbances in display of images due to static electricity without deteriorating optical properties in a display.
