Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. A first node generates a first bit block, performs channel coding and then transmits a first radio signal. The first bit block comprising all bits in a second bit block and all bits in a third bit block is used for an input of the channel coding, and an output of the channel coding is used for generating the first radio signal. A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) bit block of a fourth bit block is used for generating the third bit block. The fourth bit block comprises all bits in the second bit block and all bits in a fifth bit block, the bits in the fifth bit block are of fixed values, and the fifth bit block is composed of K bits, the K being a positive integer.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a node used for wireless communication. A first node monitors a first-type signaling and a second-type signaling in a first time-frequency resource pool and a second time-frequency resource pool respectively, receives a first signaling, and transmits a first information block. The first signaling is used for determining the first information block; the first signaling includes a first field; when the first signaling is the first-type signaling, a value of the first field is related to a number of the first-type signalings transmitted in the first time-frequency resource pool, and is unrelated to a number of the second-type signalings transmitted in the second time-frequency resource pool. The above method improves the efficiency of HARQ feedback in sidelink transmission.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a node for wireless communication. A first node receives a first signal and a second signal, and the first node transmits a first information block and a second information block in a first time window. The first information block and the second information block are used for determining whether the first signal and the second signal are correctly received respectively; transmit power values of physical layer channels carrying the first information block and the second information block are both a first power value. Through the design in the disclosure, a transmit power of a feedback channel on a sidelink is associated with a priority; and when multiple feedback channels are transmitted in one same time window, a proper transmit power can be determined to optimize performances of the feedback channels on the sidelink.

The above method unifies beam management mechanisms for both Uplink and Downlink, which improves performance of Uplink transmission and reduces corresponding signaling overhead and delay.

Herein, at least one reference signal of the M reference signals is transmitted by a first serving cell, and the first serving cell is not added by the UE; the UE assumes that a transmission antenna port of the first signaling is Quasi-Co-Located with a transmission antenna port of the first reference signal; W is a positive integer, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. Such method can be employed to avoid delay and service interruption brought about by cell handover.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communications. A UE receives first information, the first information being used for indicating M DCI blind decoding(s); monitors a first-type radio signal respectively on each of S sub-band(s) in a first time-domain resource; and performs at most M1 DCI blind decoding(s) of the M DCI blind decoding(s) on the S sub-band(s) in the first time-domain resource. Herein, the first-type radio signal detected on the S sub-band(s) is used for determining the M1 DCI blind decoding(s) out of the M DCI blind decoding(s). The above method allows the base station to make dynamic adjustments to the UE's blind decoding on PDCCH resources according to LBT results, ensuring that sufficient PDCCH resources are available and not too many PDSCH resources are preempted, and that excessive blind decodings can be avoided.
