摘要： A full-color organic light emitting display (OLED) and method of fabricating the same. The display includes a substrate with a pixel electrode, an organic layer having at least an emission layer, and an opposite electrode formed thereon. An encapsulation substrate has formed thereon an organic emission layer that emits light of a single color and a black matrix that defines emission regions. A moisture absorbent material and one of color filter layers and color change mediums are formed between the black matrixes to correspond to the emission layer. The method of making alleviates the need for a separate processes for treating the moisture absorbent material and for forming the color filter layers or the color change mediums using a shadow mask.

摘要： A coupling set for connecting a ground plate for arrest of lightning is provided, in which the ground plate is underground below an electric pole in order to effectively arrest lightning. Accordingly, lightning can be effectively grounded. The connection members are connected with each other top and bottom and left and right. The lowest connection member is supported below an electric pole. Thus, when the electric pole is buried, a coupling set having connection members for connecting a ground plate is not be pushed up. Also, it is very easy to connect a lightning arrest copper wire with a ground terminal.

The method includes the steps of forming a plurality of active regions and field regions on a substrate, forming a first common gate electrode and two impurity-doped regions to form two first bulk transistors, forming a second common gate electrode and two impurity-doped regions to form two second bulk transistors, forming a gate oxide layer on the substrate, forming a conductive layer, and etching back the conductive layer to thereby form two thin film transistors.
